- HbA1c is medical blood test usually used to average the blood sugar level in body. HBA1C is known as hemoglobin A1C diagnostic test which average the blood sugar level in blood for past 3-4 months which help in diagnosing the diabetes level of patient.
This is one of the most important test in diagnose and treatment process of sugar/diabetes patient. this video by Dr Aurangzeb Afzal diabetes specialist covers the importance of HbA1C test and the metrics of HbA1c. Many patient asked us about the HbA1c test.

Sir meri age 30 year hai main ny 15 feb 2024 ko hba1c krwaya wo 7.1 aya hai is sy pehly mjy sugar nhi thi phr 4 hafty fasting aur random krwata rha hon fasting 90 sy km aur random 1 bar 135 baki 110 sy neechy hai..main ny koi medicine nhi khai roti bhi kha rha hon lekin bht km bs meetha chora hai 2bara phr main ny 23 din bad hba1c krwaya to wo 5.8 aya hai to kia mjhy sugar hai ya kisi aur wja sy hba1c high aya hai plz plz plz sir reply me main bht pershan hon

Before one month my HBA1C was 7.69.
But since that day I check my sugar regularly fasting and random.
Fasting always around 100 or bit less and 2 hours after meal always less than 140.
So am I non diabetes or pre diabetes.
I am not any sugar medicine.
By birth I have one kidney only.
Cretenine level is 1.8.
I on medicine of hypertension for past 12 years too.
My age 55 and weight is 90 kg.
Kindly guide me in details.

Change your dieut. Watch if you are eating sugar and refined carbohydrates. If this is the case, simply reduce them. You will be fine whitin months. No medication is required.

Sir I need it advice...
7 month ago I just random check my Suger which was 152 after 2 hours of eating..
Later I did my HBA1C..result was 6.3. although I did not have Suger.
One thing more my fasting Suger most time between 80 to 94..
I started diet and after 3 months my HBA1C 5.9...
I further diet and next HBA1C result 5.5.
I HV my glaxso mater ..mostly my fasting Suger 82 to 94 ..
I just want to confirm that it may be repairable of my lablaba...I means can lablaba become normal ..or still base on dieting?
