Cinematic FPV - 3 Shots at 3000m with Richard Permin

- Back in June, after 3 month of lockdown in France, Richard Permin and I headed to Glacier 3000 to get some fresh air in the mountains.
We spent two days up there, sleeping on the glacier, and got three cool little shots at sunrise and sunset with my FPV drone.
Nothing incredible, but just the feeling of finaly being outside and doing something was a bliss. Hope this makes you feel a little bit of that too!

Those are my favorite videos. Flashy edits are cool once in a while but videos like these are super clean and refreshing to watch!

Honestly would love a tutorial on the thought process to the transition of the hand launch within this edit. Was it two separate shots of him holding the drone and acting as if it's getting thrown, and another shot of him just riding and you chasing him? Super clean editing man great job!
It's one single shot, not much though process going on 😅. "You start skiing, I take off, boom"
@@NicolasGaillard well dang nice hand launch then!! I was thinking it would be editing for how smooth the launch was at such high speed :D if I was to launch by hand and yaw out so quick I'd probably brick it against the mountain haha ⛰ great video!! 👍

Can I ask you how you build such a good sound design? You inspire me a lot to make cinematic videos but I can only dream of making such good videos! keep it up!
Thanks a lot for your comment! For the sound design here, I recorded some audio holding my phone above my skis. I layered a few tracks to make a long one, then I adjust volume, balance and filters based on where is the skier on the screen

If you're asking about frame rate, I shot at 50 and 25p, and rendered at 25p

@@lucada32 oh yeah my bad lol. I used the geprc mark 4 with 6" arms for this one. But I'm using a custom frame now
