I don't know why, but Euskadiko Orkestra's performances are always so fresh that I feel like I'm listening even any famous piece for the first time. This Bruckner work also gives me the impression that it was written recently, rather than in the distant past.
Bruckner is great, still not Brahms or Beethoven or Mahler or Wagner. That was the feeling I had. But beginning to listen carefully to Bruckner I realized he is his own, has his own time, you dont need to compare him to other great composers. He has his own musical universe, something that also is clear in this 7:th symphony. He is his own master. In this wonderful symphony he has plenty of time to explain his own universe. And I have plenty of time to listen to this. Plenty of time.

Well said, I feel the same.
Parabéns aos músicos da Orquestra pela brilhante interpretação! Viva o Euskera! Viva todas as línguas minoritárias do mundo! ❤
