Buy and keep selling them, accumulate coaches as much as you can and later buy legendary players and upgrade them. When team is new you'll get penalty of players for less than 100 coins.
I've had hakimi on a level of 89 so far and he already has speed crit and endurance at 100, Cancelo has been at 100 for a long time when I start and hasn't even reached the maximum level yet ⁉️⁉️⁉️
