Still the greatest comeback in music history - the band was dead. Drugs and alcohol destroyed them, but they sobered up and came back stronger than ever. And this performance is stellar.
Have to give Steven Tyler credit....somehow he has managed to maintain his vocals at his age. Which is incredible given how many of his peers and many younger than him their voices are utterly shot. How he still sounds like that after decades of singing these songs is beyond me.
Dude! Monumental. Dude still has the balls to try this song again. This song is one of the most brutal songs to pull off. Hats off!! Monumental HATS OFF! Exceptional Performance. The Throne has been returned. Long Live The King!!
We didn’t get tickets. First time seeing them was the Tower theater. 94cents a ticket! Was the Get Your Wings tour. Time goes by so quickly. Live your life to the fullest doing what you’re in love with. Music is something to bring us together
First time I saw these guys was Feb. 1974, at a small community college gym! I’ve seen them many other times since then, but that first concert made me a fan for life! 🎶🤘🏼
@@pcasella8492, I’m in San Diego, and they aren’t coming down here 😒 I still have the memories of the 10 times I have seen them over the last 5 decades🤙🏼
Love u..love u..love u Steven Tyler! So much respect and passion for you..& Aerosmith..Top Dogs..Totally Awesome..Doesn't get any better than this..Rock On!!
Wow He sings it so now 'everytime I look in the mirror all the lines in my face getting clearer' Yeah Steven Heard He is still effing amazing given our ages MFG He was hitting those notes when I was 19 ... approaching 60 now and Steven is still doing that!
My favorite song is Dream On, which I accidentally met on the net and introduced me to the Aerosmith band and Steven Tyler for the first time 9 years ago .... This song immediately touched my heart and made me feel this, the most magnificent, the best and an amazing vocalist and person, Steven Tyler.... Since then, Aerosmith is for me the best band in the world with the most amazing songs and musicians that I adore and my love for them forever..🎤💯💯💯❤❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏
really good. Another band getting ready to call it a day. I remember Toys in the Attic when I was in 6th grade. saw Aerosmith many times the past 40+ years. Go see them last chance. No Joey due to health but thats OK.. band mainly intact.
Tom Jones,Smoky Robinson both active in music at 83 ! You really gotta give ‘em credit. Tony Bennett did it as long as he could. Even sometimes after the Alzheimer’s
Yet another superb vocal performance by Steve Tyler, but what a shame so many folks in the audience felt the need to film it, holding their phones in the air and spoiling the view and enjoyment of those seated behind them. Why not just watch and savour the moment, and then, to revisit the performance, wait for the almost guaranteed footage of the event to appear on UA-cam?
Thanks for sharing. Interesting he has a teleprompter on the side with the lyrics for Dream On displaying. I would think he would know the lyrics by now.
@@lesshingwak3563 Nah, Steven has used multiple teleprompters around the stage for every song for maybe the past 30 years. Nothing to do with being 75, it's just a thing he's done for the majority of his career. In many interviews, he's fond of the saying "Of all the things I lost, I miss my mind the most." ;)
I was there at MSG the "bootleg album tour" They open with Rats in the Cellar, sloppy and rushed and it went downhill from there. You can tell Booze and Cocaine. Then seeing this at their age what professional musicians and keeping up with their catalog. Amazing. Like wine it gets better with age.
Honestly this is the first video where I've heard Steven's age affecting his vocals(I'm assuming. It could've been the weather or a him not feeling well). Not that it's a bad thing, he still sounds amazing, but his voice wasn't perfect here on his high motes like usual. It cracked a few times. Also his scream sounded more like a falsetto than a scream. He's still the GOAT frontman for me, it was just an observation. Sucks to see your heroes grow old. But great to see them do it as gracefully as Steven Tyler has.
Still the greatest comeback in music history - the band was dead. Drugs and alcohol destroyed them, but they sobered up and came back stronger than ever. And this performance is stellar.
All I can say.god bless them! Iconic legends!😊
Best concert I ever saw last Sept in philly
Aerosmith is much more than a Rock n Roll band, they're a FORCE OF NATURE..

Considering Steve is 75, that’s bloody amazing, nearly as good as when I saw them at the Texxas Jam in 87 🤘🏻🤘🏻
I was there at that Jam too! Texas Stadium, man those were the days
I was there too! One of the best written songs ever ♥️🦋 Love this song
Com tanto abuso de drogas, é quase inacreditável que ele tenha essa idade, tão bem como está.
E eu ainda acho ele lindo...❤
Em todas as idades...🎉
This is the way you want to
remember Aerosmith.
Forever. ❤️ 💙 💜. 😇
Sad it is over, but still rocking 50 years later. Will see you 1 more time
So he can still hit the high note after 50 years? Bro is insane.

Are they all having problems with their in-ear monitors? Tempo, timing and intonation seem off.
