my dear friend its not a dream,it is a reality and proven appreciation of yeida plots during last 4-5 years,actually u r running from reality and not accepting the fact that yeida will be future of delhi ncr ,just highlight u one more reality,kindly tell me which authority in india received 2lac plus applications for 361 residential plots in any scheme till date,it shows interest of investors and future end uses in yeida plots which will only increase by development of this area,it is just a beginning..
In addition, Authority es rate pe nahi baithi rahe ge. 5-7 years mai 80000 to 1 Lac ka authority rate hoga. And plots Auction pe honge like Noida and GreaterNoida.
The most important thing is all these YEIDA sectors are 25-30 km away from airport, I don’t why people are hyping it too much.
