    The most important thing is all these YEIDA sectors are 25-30 km away from airport, I don’t why people are hyping it too much.

    Sir, why don't you make a review on Noida extension ? Perhaps that is the most hyped place and people are falling pray to FOMO.

    Now Industrial plots in YEIDA (below 8000 sq mtrs) only on Auction, no lucky draw. Bahut jaldi Residential plot ka Allotment rate 50000 /- ho jayega. Aur essa he schemes ka response raha to Auction in Residential bhe durr nahi hai.

      Mai bhe appko reality bata raha hun. Industrial plots now only on auction. Residential authority 50000 kar dena chahiye, otherwise authority oppurtunity loss kar rahe hai.

    Its recession.. property is correcting everywhere.. only point is areas where was exponential growth like Yeida, Gurgaon, Bangalore is falling more than other areas .. Car sales also falling.. people are afraid to take loans as job losses, NRIs coming back to India, no increment

    Resale me plot Airport start hone ke baad hi kharide or wait kare taki 300 mtr ka plot jo abhi 2.5 cr me mil rha wo 4 crore me kharide😂😂😂😂

      मैने ग्रेटर नोएडा की प्रॉपर्टी बेचकर , यमुना में प्लॉट लिया है ,,,,,,प्लॉट लेते ही ,उसके ज्यादा price मिल रहे है,,,और ग्रेटर नोएडा वाली प्रॉपर्टी अब डाउन हो रही है,,,thanks god ,,, मैने आपकी advice नही मानी,,,,,,अब लगता है कि यमुना का future,,, ग्रेटर नोएडा से बहुत अच्छा है,

    Aaj ki date aur meri statement ka screenshot le lena aaj se 5years k baad,yeida plot ka rate greater noida se zyada hoga aur 10 years k baad noida aur delhi ko takar de raha hoga,apke logic k hisab se to phir abi noida b pura nai basa to greater noida main b kyo le abi pura noida greater noida expressway khali pada hai,2020 se abi tak greater noida k rates 4 times increase hue hai par yeida plot k rates 8 times increase hue hai is period main,airport start hone k 5-7 years k baad koi b 300 k plot 10cr se kam ka nai milega aur jo aagee scheme aa rahi hai wo 162 mtr and 120 mtr ki hai aur aage 30 mtr ki aayegi,ab 300 mtr aur nai aayega scheme main

      ⁠my dear friend its not a dream,it is a reality and proven appreciation of yeida plots during last 4-5 years,actually u r running from reality and not accepting the fact that yeida will be future of delhi ncr ,just highlight u one more reality,kindly tell me which authority in india received 2lac plus applications for 361 residential plots in any scheme till date,it shows interest of investors and future end uses in yeida plots which will only increase by development of this area,it is just a beginning..

      In addition, Authority es rate pe nahi baithi rahe ge. 5-7 years mai 80000 to 1 Lac ka authority rate hoga. And plots Auction pe honge like Noida and GreaterNoida.
