"Remove the screws" ??? They're not phillips, stardrive, squaredrive or allen screws. Does ANYONE know the screws?
Found out they're called torx security screws. Ran and got a cheap set of drivers at Harbour Freight. (Cuz, you know, Shark's been having a problem with belt and roller thefts recently!😑)

The price of repairs... Cheaper to buy a new one. More likely they would prefer that we do that..."Security screws"? Really?
That's why I would never buy a a shark vacuum such a carry on just to put a belt on. I'm glad I bought a Dyson.
Your video title replacing belt and brushroll, but you did not show taking out the brushroll. Not even taking out the brushroll cover.
