Wrote this whole thing on another video might as well copy it here ~ Rapid Bakugo's Alpha is a great mobility tool, you can use it for so many things For example: - You can use it to "jump" higher when trying to get on top of a high point when you dont have your special (for example a roof of a small house) - You can shoot backwards to propel yourself between high points (2 buildings) - You can use it to juke mid-air by shooting to your sides - You can push yourself into small places while running (for example at the Mall area through the stores/bridges) - You can use it to delay your fall while staying above enemies Also there are a bunch of combos I found: - Beta > Gamma > Alpha (this one is obvious) - Beta > Alpha > Beta > Alpha (this one is harder to pull off but hits hard) (you can finish with Gamma but sometimes they get knocked back) - Special > Gamma > Alpha (Dive into the enemy at your own risk) - Beta > Beta > Gamma > Alpha (Carpet bomb into Nuke) - (from above) Alpha > Gamma > Alpha Things to know: - His Alpha can hit up to 4 times on the same target - The Beta won't reach the ground if you use the Special Action straight up - The Beta will only hit once, not matter what, even on downed enemies - Holding forward while shooting the Alpha reduces the knockback effect, holding backwards increases it - Comboing his Gamma into his Beta is impossible unless the enemies gets downed by the Gamma - If an enemy has Shields when hit by Gamma he will not go into s for about 1~ second allowing for 1 Alpha shot to connect, if an enemy has no shields he can be hit multiple times untill he either techs or hits the floor - The Alpha will knock enemies down after 3 clean hits, or a specific amount of pellets hitting (I think its 10 pellets not sure) - Beta does not recharge in the air - Gamma takes longer to use while grounded, the animation seems to be faster if you jump right before using it - Upgrading order should (imo) be - Alpha 4 (extra rounds) > Gamma 4 (extra range) > Beta 4 (faster recharge) > Alpha 9 (dmg & rounds) > Gamma 9 (dmg & range) > Beta 9 (faster recharge) - His Alpha reaches farther than most "ranged" characters, beating in range Denki, Deku (red), Bakugo (red), Mt. Lady, All Might, Shigaraki (red). only losing in range to Ibara, Deku (yellow), Toga, Twice, Compress and Dabi. - Note about the Beta - it looks like a vicious carpet bomb that blows everyone up, but it actually isn't, it hits for low dmg, easy to dodge and hard to aim, its more worth to use for mobility or just to "scare" the enemy into a bad position or make them unable to fight your team. - This bakugo plays a bit like Ochaco / Twice in a way, you either spam someone with your Alpha from mid range (like twice) or you go into the fight and start making everyone roll and dodge your Beta / Gamma (kinda like ochaco Gamma/Beta combos I've managed to get quite a few good games with him, even hit 6k dmg multiple times (Not claiming I'm good) He is very fun, I'd imagine he'd be harder to play on a controller like you cause flicking is needed to use his Alpha to the fullest, either way, great gameplay! And if anyone actually read this whole thing, you're a king/queen
I think the issue with Rapid Bakugou that made everyone kinda iffy on him is that they were still playing him in a Strike mindset while he's definitely more of an Ochako or Tsuyu where you kind of have to pick your fights. It's definitely something I've noticed as a Dabi main since they seem to like picking fights with me :')
Yeah the strike mindset left my mind after those initial matches. And I’m ngl Dabi is one of my favorites to fight with him since you can just avoid the traps and gamma from staying airborne 😭

another tanjiro ( spoilers for the entertainment district arc, season 2/3) class=tech alpha=fire wheel, dash forward, hold to do a vertical fire wheel like froppys air beta ammo=2 damage=dash=30-50 wheel= 60-80 range=shiggy dash beta=burning bones, summer sun (a slash which deflects projectiles and covers his whole body in a horizontal spiral like flame, its easier to understand if you've seen it yourself) he does a kirishima beta level of travel damage=95-125 ammo=3 gamma=fake rainbow, gain a movement speed increase for 5-9.5 seconds with your sword drawn, if someone hits you, disappear and appear behind them, there is a flame aura on the ground around you to balance it out (so opponents can see if you're doing it so they know not to shoot.
3:39 I'm pretty sure this is a bug but if you break someone's guard while they're using an armoured move, it doesn't show the guard break and only show the dmg dealt to their guard. Kinda like how Toga ko popup doesn't show if she died while transformed.

This is definitely a much better showing of his potential. Personally so far I feel like I've really really got his movement mastered to a level I haven't seen anyone else do yet, but man I cannot do consistent damage with his alpha to save my life lol By the end I always have like 6-8k damage and like 2 kills because I can't quite secure them once I get people super low lol I think it's just because I had to turn my sensitivity up so high to get the movement where I wanted it but now I can barely aim lol He's so fun though! Definitely the main I've been patiently waiting for all this time.

Tbh I was even thinking of turning up my sensitivity with him too, to make his movement game even more fluid but opted not to because I knew it’d take a minute to adjust not just with him but all the other characters. Once you get used to the increased sens tho you’ll be the rapid Bakugo I’ll be most afraid of

As a bakugo main i think the only thing that bothers me is how u get pushed back when you shoot in the air. It makes it difficult to chase, shoot in the air and ground if ur used to jumping while you shoot. Most of the times ur kill gets stolen too. Besides that he's very fun I do like charecters who require skill and more work cause i feel more rewarded when I master them. So far i get 4-6 kos i got 11 today which is my highest ever so that was cool.
Yeah characters like him that require more time to learn and get good with are always super satisfying to feel good with. The knockback still trips me up too
Use all for one and tell one of your friends to play as kendo and use all for one Y and B and tell your friend to use kendo A it's the perfect to get you very hight kills
I just keep everything default across the board with everyone. Tho with him if I were to main him I’d make the normal sens higher since that will make moving with him easier

@@Drip_T try upgrading gamma first and use that as your main attack and combo tool. Betas not the worst but it seems that’s what most ochaco mains are doing these days. I’ve seen them go for gamma -> gamma -> air alpha -> into 3 beta hits from what I’ve seen

Hey demon :D (serrano here finally changed my name) this baku i feel may be worse than the other one for 4 reasons 1.Alpha sometimes isnt reliable for movement especially if your fighting an aizawa that can just pull you back in or an endeavor that can beta snipe you 2.betafor me this thing never hits at all for me its unreliable only good for movement 3. Gamma your never gonna use this thing whatsoever even if you get close just do jab to hard knockdown them to get away with alpha/special action 4.the special action the only alright thing about this man helps alot with his kit anyway i finally hit gold 3🔥

I just keep everything default across the board with everyone. Tho with him if I were to main him I’d make the normal sens higher since that will make moving with him easier

@@Drip_T try upgrading gamma first and use that as your main attack and combo tool. Betas not the worst but it seems that’s what most ochaco mains are doing these days. I’ve seen them go for gamma -> gamma -> air alpha -> into 3 beta hits from what I’ve seen

Usually they have events at the start and towards the end of the season that give crystals. That’s the best bet outside of money

Hey demon :D (serrano here finally changed my name) this baku i feel may be worse than the other one for 4 reasons 1.Alpha sometimes isnt reliable for movement especially if your fighting an aizawa that can just pull you back in or an endeavor that can beta snipe you 2.betafor me this thing never hits at all for me its unreliable only good for movement 3. Gamma your never gonna use this thing whatsoever even if you get close just do jab to hard knockdown them to get away with alpha/special action 4.the special action the only alright thing about this man helps alot with his kit anyway i finally hit gold 3🔥
After using it a bit these past few days I like it tho the moves still feel inconsistent sometimes
