Hi Natasha, I use alltrails to get the main hike information for Benson Creek falls. You take jail trail from the road, then turn right onto scout trail, then you're first left (kind of hidden) and then it's the first Creek access. Feel free to dm me on Instagram with any other questions about the route
I super enjoyed this, John. I found myself breathing deeply and reconnecting with a sense of nostalgia for Vancouver Island and its amazing parks. My inner fossil nerd also really appreciated the ammonite! So cool. Thank you for your vulnerability and openness about your inner process. The more you allow yourself to be real, the more it frees up others around you to do the same. #commonhumanity
Really enjoyed this John and your honesty, it is a tough one and I am going to head out today with my camera for the exact same reason. Great find too, will have to check out both the falls and the huge fossil one day when I am in Nanaimo. Well done!
Awesome photos! I would love to go check this out this weekend. How can I find this place? Where along the trail do you turn off to get there?

Thank you! Honestly it's a very beautiful stretch of forest that I had never hiked. I recommend it when you visit next 😁
Those greens look so good! Great soundtracks during the video as well!
Thanks Connor! Little adjustments to the green and yellow hue to seem less digital. Artist for the soundtrack

Thanks Jan! I'm so glad to hear your getting out to take photos as well! Hopefully we can take photos together when that's socially acceptable 🙂

I love the osmo action for vlogging! And just started pairing it with the rode wirless ii, that combo is a game changer!
It’s really great when you don’t want to think about your gear you just want to create! I’m going to have to try my lark 150 with it for audio!
@@JohnFultonCGL Exactly! Less thinking I have to do the better.
Cool video John! Lay off the cinnamon buns!!!
My mother-in-law is making them for us, I never stood a chance
