I feel for you about the mix-ups, I sent out two dresses on the same day and mixed the labels. Luckily the buyers were very gracious and agreed to forward when I sent them new labels. Mistakes happen, we're all human! Love your videos and your attitude!

Ohhh I feel your pain when I make a mistake & then I try to rack my brain on what actually happened. I'm trying to slow down & focus when I'm shipping as sometimes I'm on autopilot & thinking about so many other things. Thankfully I have had very understanding buyers...whew!
