    Normally I watch videos like this on 1,5 or 1,75x speed. This one I had to watch in 0,75x to have time to think about all you packed in to these few minutes! Good job!

      There is a formula for substitution (a^2+x^2)^1/2. Here R is taken as a and x is still x. Just search it up online.

      area calculation, remember definite integral indicates area under the curve
