Abandoned places have definitely proved that They don't need to be haunted or possessed to be creepy just sadly being left to rot for centuries is enough to creep Me out.
This channel is so underrated, i discover this channel few days ago and i just sub atm, but man i like your vids.. idk if its the way you narrate it or the stories you tell that make me so hook into it, you deserve more views tbh, but since i also live in japan thats why kinda love your stories and beside 4chan i just discover there is 2chan because of you haha
Hi Tara I'm your new subscriber, I just wanna let you know that your channel is so great and you deserve much respect and love, thank you for your contents, I can't wait to see your channel to grow even more, thank you very much. Much love.
"Give my baby back."Reminds me of of a rumor that during the Edo period, if a baby was born disfigured, or under a bad sign, they would put it on a raft and offer it to the sea Gods. Horrific! Honestly I think "You'll turn into a monster!" was probably the freakish story on his list! I want to know more! Thanks, as always for the scares Tara!
Yeah, Kowabana! Yeah! 🕺💃🏼 My thoughts: Tsunodo Forest: They probably stumbled upon a cult’s hideout in the forest. Also, if the principal calls, and I wasn’t studying at the university, I would say, “You have no power here!”😂 You’ll Become a Monster: Yeah, this is stranger danger, and the stranger did something illegal. Also, it’s awesome how beetles are collected in Japan😎 You’re in Danger: I understand what happened: psycho neighbor! I mean, people kill others over mundane things! 😮 Give My Baby Back: These stories always start with a group of bros being adventurous and stupid. Of course, it was a powerful yurei that took vengeance on them. I’m guessing the last person alive will join his friends 😢 Ooi-San: I think this urban legend was a based on a local serial killer. 🤔 Beyond One’s Eyes: There’s nothing supernatural about this. I believe it was a faulty elevator, and he was lucky to not lose his head. Though, I think the man would appreciate a hot kitsune wife/girlfriend in his boring, overworked life. ❤ Overall, a good episode today!
The give my baby back story reminds me of ubume. Wouldn't say that's completely out of the question. Ubume are spirits. And perhaps her child and maybe even she drowned at sea
They are presented as “true” by Japanese posters who write them on 2chan… not that there’s any evidence of that haha. These are essentially the same as Western creepy pastas by anonymous authors.

Ooi-san was my favorite story. Your voice work gave me chills when voicing the titular character. Well done, Tara!
Thank you, Tara! I love all your Kowabanas. I hope you have a good day
