    The name of the creature of the first tale, Towatowa sounds much like "tô à toa" which means "I'm doing nothing" in portuguese. Coincidence, but it fits perfectly.

    Hello Tara! I'm new here and love what I've seen and heard so far. I was was wondering about a house that your last story sparked in my memory. I apologize if you have covered this tale, but it was called the 昆虫の家 or house of bugs. It was was an abandoned home with a warning that was scrawled on the wall about the home being cursed and driving owners mad. Then someone had scrawled an an addition about a woman with insects crawling about her face. I can't seem to find anything about this story except for some clips from urban explores, but they don't talk about the location. Anyway does this sound at all familiar? Well, keep up the fantastic work! I will be listening from now on! Thanks again for your work!

      I can't say I've heard of it before and a quick search doesn't seem to bring anything up. Do you happen to know where this house was supposed to be?

      Tara, so I had spent all day yesterday, combing every scary video compilations I've watched over the past year and I am glad and disappointed to say I found them.
      The clips were as I remember them. The warnings about the madness and the woman covered in bugs, yet no location.
      Thus, I followed the clips to their original source, and the disappointment. I won't mention another show on yours, but I discovered that they don't call it the Bug House but the "Ju-on" House. 🙄 As they explain, its circumstances are the same as the Yellow House including the cemetery underground.
      Anyway, my Japanese is kindergarten level, but I could tell, as most "ghost hunters" they keep the location close to their vest. Which is a shame because there is a very intriguing story there and I would love to hear you tell it. So anyway, if you want me to post the channel name simply let me know. Your Japanese is worlds better than mine, perhaps you'll be able to discern far more than I did. Thank you so much for your time Tara.
      Best ~Ross@@KowabanaJapan

    Hey I might see towatowa san because I'm nearly becoming a hikkikomori because of bullying

      @chunellemariavictoriaespan8752 Рік тому

      I'm sorry to hear that... Have you tried compiling evidence of bullying and passing it to either/both the the guidance counselor, principal and/or the Department of Education? I mean it's best to pass to the Guidance but leave a copy to a trusted friend for him to pass it to either the principal or the Department of Education with a record of inaction from the guidance counselor and the teachers... Try posting it too online, publicize the incident so they can't deny it...

    • @brickproduction1815
      @brickproduction1815 Рік тому

      Nah, the counsellor supported the bullies when they told lies about me. I'm utterly defeated now so there's no point. I lost nearly everything even my source of income and I really have been staying at home for a few months now

    Fantastic episode today!
    My thoughts:
    Towatowa-San: I tried googling the entity, but all I got were irrelevant results, and a vtuber named Towa Tokoyami 😮. Also, I disagree with the author about hikikomori/NEET going crazy because of a supernatural entity. People go psycho for realistic reasons.
    Yan-Shan: I can’t help but think the name sounds like “Naughty-chan”😂. But, seriously, I think it’s sad on how the man regressed in mind, and society somewhat abandoned him.
    Blind-folded Demon: This is why it’s a bad idea to build places on a graveyard.

    Doesn't Japan have a GED system? How did he get into University without High School?

    • @SpokoR3
      @SpokoR3 Рік тому

      What is GED? Does it mean that he can't resume highschool if he dropped out of it once?

    • @wrenmacdonald5754

      @@SpokoR3A ged is something you can get in the US at least a in place of a highschool diploma if, for whatever reason you lack one. It stands for General Education Test- you go to ged classes in your own time with other people who need one and then you take a test that is the equivalent of a highschool diploma- it’s a good thing but it’s not necessarily easy or accessible for all people. (It’s probably be easier to have just done well in highschool but that isn’t why all people get it and it’s certainly not unattainable) Sometimes people who immigrated get one or other times kids who go to college early get one- or just people who did not graduate high school. So a proficiency exam- sorry, that was long- hope that helps though

    • @ceewood3358
      @ceewood3358 Рік тому

      @@SpokoR3 GED stands for General Education Degree. In America, if you don't finish high school, you can study at home or at a night school and complete your high school education by taking a test. You must finish high school or complete the GED test to enter any college or university here. You might be able to take random classes at a college, but you could never get a college degree, otherwise.

      Well you can skip grades... In my country(Philippines), I think it's called a acceleration exam. You pass that exam and you get to go up the year levels... Its Only offered to the smartest students to my knowledge if you are in school. Outside school though, you have to apply for it... I think Japan also has something similar...
