    Paneer Makhani is a rich, creamy and slightly sweet dish of paneer. While there are different versions of Makhani Gravy / Sauce is available within India and abroad, the taste of this is gravy is just amazing. Makhan is butter in Hindi and Makhani is rich gravy or sauce made from the following ingredients. This dish goes will with any kind of Indian breads such as Roti, Naan, etc.,
    Here is the recipe for for your convenience :-
    Ingredients and its quantity:-
    Paneer - 400 gm
    Tomato - 6 no
    Onion - 3 no
    Bay Leaf - 1 no
    Green Cardamom - 4 no
    Sugar - 2 tbsp
    Dry Red Chilli - 2 No
    Garlic - 15-20 cloves
    Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
    Cashew - 15-20 gm
    Butter -100 gm
    Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Fresh Cream - 5 tbsp
    Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
