Steven, how can you mention Gris Charnel which is one of my faves without even mentioning the main player or key note to this beautiful scent?? FIG FIG FIG!!! This frag is all about that FIG especially with the combo of that Tea note which really makes the FIG pop even more. Really surprises me that a reviewer with your kind of nose and expertise didn't even mention that. Anyone I've ever known to buy this fragrance will always tell me it was the beautiful FIG note that made them buy it and it's always been men not to mention to tell me that! Lol. I'm a sucker when it comes to FIG scented frags and this one smells much better than PHILSYKOS by DIPTYQUE also DEBASER from D.S. & DURGA which is probably D.S. & Durga's best selling frag to date. Even the original Marc Jacobs by Marc Jacobs for men which is obviously a designer scent and the first fragrance MJ ever put out for a man but a beautiful FIG fragrance nonetheless especially for the price. Maybe you just forgot to mention it and thought you did but still when you smell GC the first thing anyone that has a nose for scents is going to say is the FIG is the predominant player in this fragrance. Anyway, not trying to bust your balls and again maybe you just forgot to mention it but just in case someone was interested in this fragrance I wanted to point this out so they really know what they would be getting if they bought this fragrance. What I love best about Fig scented frags is for the most part they're all unisex frags which can be a common misconception (that they're mainly women frags...NOT!!! Lots of Men love FIG in their frags) so if you love FIG as much as I do (women love it on a man, trust me on that and especially this one....compliments galore!!) please don't hesitate to pick this one up. In Steven's defense I just think he forgot to mention that this is the most dominant note in Gris Charnel and maybe thought he did say that. Anyways, for all you men who are suckers for FIG in a fragrance, do yourself a favor and at least pick yourself up a decant of it to try out first. I'll promise you'll be glad you did and a full bottle will be making it's way to you in no time! Lol. Enjoy, you're going to love it!!
@@bellestarr9976 I just don't understand why it is so loved by many UA-camrs - and by two of my favourites whose opinionI really trust. There is a note in it that makes me nauseous and gave me an instant headache when I tried it twice - almost a spicy touch. There is also a similar strong note in a lot of Tom Ford fragrances that gives me the same sick feeling--the ones in the brown bottle. However, I love Rose Prick and Bitter Peach and can wear them because they don't have that strong note - whatever it is. At the shop where I buy my BDK they told me their #1 best seller is Gris Charnel, followed by Pas Ce Soir. So I think that everyone except me loves it. You probably will too.
@@sarahpenz3739 Thank you for that Sarah! I will be on the lookout for that scent. Also, how would you rate the staying power and sillage of your BDK perfumes?
@@bellestarr9976 I think they are a really good value. The cost of the 100ml bottle is reasonable and I wouldn't be surprised if they had a big price increase in the next year. I find that they last very well. They aren't as strong as MFK fragrances or Marly fragrances, but I find they have better staying power than most, including my Chanel Les Exclusifs. I would compare the way they wear on the skin to Kilian fragrances. Also I have bought mine at retail for full price but have seen them for under $200 Canadian on Fragrancebuy.ca. Also I can't comment on the sillage since I bought all of them in the past six months and haven't really worn them outside the home yet. But I will now.
I'm already addicted to Gris Charnel, and loooove Rouge Smoking (in my wishlist for next purchase) 🥰. Thank you for the review
BDK is awesome. My top 5 might be something like: Tabac Rose, Creme de Cuir, Wood Jasmine, Rouge Smoking, and at the top spot, Gris Charnel
Loving Citrus Riviera 🌟

Which one do u feel is the most versatile /all season? Tq ❤️
Gris Charnel
No Velvet Tonka? 😮
Looks like a Mark Bajerski pendant you are wearing. Very spiritual. Also thank you for this BDK list.
It is! So happy you noticed it! It's a moldavite trio. I love it! Have a great day!
I love your videos so much
I want to know if all of them unisex or not?
What's the longevity on the two blue bottle, fresher fragrances? Those have my attention for this time of year 🤔
I would say about 6 hours
Love your reviews, thanks for all that you do
Thank you so much! I appreciate that!!
Great run down. Been wanting to dive into these as blind buys. This was very informative
Still trying to decide which will be my next purchase Tabac Rose or Rouge Smoking 🤔
Have you sampled them?
@@Redolessence No...but I will take a shot at one !

Longevity of citrus 🍊 Rivera
Love Wood Jasmine
No fans of Bouquet D'Hongrie?
Can't get myself to try this house reminds me too much of the serial killer B *T* K. Anyone else? ...no? Okay I'll see myself out
Same😂
P all 8
Esos perfumes son de hombre o mujer?
They're all unisex!

Hello
👍👍👍
The Gris in Gris Charnel is pronounced GREEH, not GRISS
#QUAL21 👌🏾
Thank you for the constant support!
@@Redolessence always. I learn a lot & appreciate all that you do ✌🏾
That means a lot!
I love you
Glad to see that Pas Ce Soir isn't in your top 10. It's so overrated. I have Rouge Smoking, Gris Charnel and Bouquet de Hongrie. Love those.
Just curious- why do you think Pas Ce Soir is so overrated? I dont own it but was thinking of getting a decant to try it out.

BDK is overrated brand!
20 years from now.. this brand won’t be around.
