4x4 Challenge @ Coal Hill Quarry

This 4WD trip, classed as easy to medium difficulty, was done at the Coal Hill Quarry at Rydal New South Wales Australia. It included a lineup of four 4x4 vehicles and was a warm-up before more serious 4WD tracks were covered that day.
The vehicle lineup included:
• the silver "monster truck" looking Nissan Patrol Y61, twin locked, on 8" lift and 40" sticky Maxxis Trepador "competition compound" bias ply tires and Pro Comp alloy beadlocked rims;
• the green twin locked Toyota Land Cruiser LC80 on a 4" lift and 33" BFG KM2 tyres;
• the green, twin locked Land Rover 110 County (Defender) on 33s;
• and another Nissan Patrol Y61 GU RD28 on 33s.

Here it is! What a hill. Some people don't realise that it takes even more skill to descend than to ascend. The risk is increased as is the skid marks, on the underpants. I love that growling V8 110. That Patrol is an absolute weapon with those new tyres..... bloody awesome. Some of the descents are a bit quick though?
