About The Leftovers:

i sooo wish theyd actually have SHOWN those scenes, although she gives a pretty vivid account. second-to-last episode was EPIC too, i loved the World-of-the-Dead/Kevin-is-President one! agree???
Eric Hirschberg the confrontation scene in the end of the show with Kevin and Nora was suppose to be ambiguous, it was up for you to decide whether Nora actually did go or not. The only thing vital was the mere fact Kevin believed Nora.

@@ejhirschberg if you take notice throughout the 3 seasons they always make a point to show scenes of flashbacks...choosing not to do so here is Lindelof’s way of telling us Nora was making this up...still beautiful that Kevin chose to believe her; especially when you juxtapose his reaction to Dean’s under-cover peanut butter sandwich crusade
As Or A High either which way, this was probably my most favorite show ever, all time! It was a thinker, this one made you REALLY ponder the what-ifs and how-does/did-that-work stuff in it. I’ve also always said this is a show about PEOPLE, about emotions and interactions and relationships, that seems like the overall theme, right??
Sucky part tho is I kinda thought the final episode wrapping the entire story felt rushed, almost cheap, maybe... to quickly end it all??? But I still loved it, never been any show I’ve seen quite like it, and I still swear it couldn’t have had the same effect without the music; ie: Nora’s goodby scene, in Australia before she gets into the transport/pod... oh yea, I hated that they had to have Matt die too, he was the best character of all!!
I’m gonna have to start it over and watch it again!!! :D
The soundtrack to this show is a testiment to how music in film and TV can ramp up every aspect of storytelling. Bravo Max Richter and what a show!

This was easily the best show I've ever watched

Never thought I'd ever see anything that could rival Breaking Bad or the Shield, but the Leftovers does. It isn't just entertainment; it's food for the soul. Anyone who can stick with it til the end will carry it with them for the rest of their lives. Leftovers isn't just another TV show.

this serie is so touchy and meaningful in a very deep way, it changed so much of me and i'm really grateful for that. It brings out all my sadness and worries, makes me feel like a cry baby

No one can get the full experience of this series, unless it's watched at least twice. So many props for foreshadowing, like Spirit cigarettes, etc. I'm on my 15th time, and learn new stuff all the time, my favorite show, of all time!!!!!
Terry Page i sow that 2 timess, one in my language (italian) and The second in English, i discovered a Lot of secrets and messages. The great show on television
i did that same thing with Game of Thrones, and it helps explain so much more a second time thru... I loved this show tho (Leftovers), as well as this, and the other common themes used therein, and wish it hadnt been so short... make up some more storyline, show us the place where "they" went, make more Matt-based episodes (some of the best ones!)... etc! hahaha. but let it end? why?

@@jonbaxter2254 no it wasn't but when season 5 came out, noelle stevenson (the creator of she-ra) said on twitter that they used this song as a temporary score for she-ra's first transformation in the "save the cat" episode which was the emotional episode where they rescued catra
