Very nice video, well done. As another viewer mentioned, the West end of 30A is different than the east end and worth a video of its own. The west end is less crowded, has miles of nature trails thru the state forest and more laid back towns. Regardless, wonderful video on beautiful 30A……
Good job Chad, as always. It’s been decades since we were in that area but I now feel the need to drive up there and explore for a week. Keep up the good work.
Rosemary Beach is nice but it's a part of 30A that is for the "upper class" kind of people. That's not a slam, it's just not the kind of place where you can go sit down, watch a game and have a beer.... It's more like Champagne and Caviar.... Seagrove is nice. I was married there. It is pretty crowded though. If that's your thing, you'll like it..... Seaside is nice as well, but "EXTREMELY CROWDED"...... Really nice restaurants. Very pricey !!!!!!! Water Sound is also very nice as well but once again, very pricey !!!!!!! Alys Beach is very, very cool !!!!!!! Big money and if money wasn't an issue this is probably where I would retire. It's absolutely beautiful !!!!!!!!! He failed to go to the "WEST END" of 30 A . That's where the "common" people go. Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach and Dune Allen Beach. Dune Allen (Gulf Place) is our favorite by far. All of this being said 30 A is awesome !!!!!!! You just have to figure out what's best for you and how much you want to spend.
You say “you can’t miss”, well I know what that area looked like before all those 1,000,000 dollar homes were built. It was beautiful and natural Florida and peaceful. I saw Sea Side built and my wife and I knew that originally Florida was gone.
I miss all the old what we called clap board houses painted in the white washed paint. Seagrove was a beautiful place at one time. Now it's just ruined. As you drive along 30A most of the sand dunes are gone and so are the sea oats. Last time I went down there you only got glimpses of the beach between large condo developments. I lived in seagrove in the 70s and it was just timeless then.

Yes, most of the communities are fairly new.
Yes all these millionaires have moved in and made all the prices high asf and people like chad out here trying to get tourist here. Go away Chad.
