Let us ASSume Trump will be allowed to address the court before sentencing. If so how much control will the judge have over what Trump might be able to put into the record???

Come on, enlighten us with your infinite legal knowledge!
Keep in mind, if the Democraps can do this, so can Republicans and there is an excellent chance that the Republicans will take both houses and the White House in November, so I believe Republicans should use your own tactics and prosecute EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAP out of business!

The problem is that the prosecutors are not being required to state a reliable reason that's free of prejudice or error. The jury is being allowed to supply their own reasons for conviction - reasons for which the prosecutor would be disbarred if he spoke them out loud.

I just don't understand how a judge can get away with he had showed such partiality for the prosecution side and not allow the defense team put on a proper defense? So many people in that court room were witness to his blatant corrupt ways. That trial should have been stopped in its tracks, the judge should have been removed, not allow to preside in the first place. I hope you could explain that Mr. Dershowitz. It would be great if you could. Thank you for your sharing your knowledge and insights.

I was talking to a Democrat and asked him how they can convict someone who did not know about a payment and it wasn't even their money-he responded that he did not want to talk about it (translation: that it is ok to pervert the law to get Trump) I reminded him of the Peruvian who said "For my friends, everything, for my enemies, the law." This is TRULY SCARY and shows how vindictive they are! This administration has made the courts into a banana Republic and this is something Putin would do!
