The problem is that the prosecutors are not being required to state a reliable reason that's free of prejudice or error. The jury is being allowed to supply their own reasons for conviction - reasons for which the prosecutor would be disbarred if he spoke them out loud.

I just don't understand how a judge can get away with he had showed such partiality for the prosecution side and not allow the defense team put on a proper defense?
