I love this opening and exclusively play it (with white and black), you basically play defensively and let your opponent overextend and then you counterattack. Lots of fun tbh
I'm very good at forgetting about the time haha. Luckily I was able to save it this time. Haha yeah that was a typo but the ambition is there 😉. Good suggestion! I'll think about it. It's hard to play a new opening though as it takes some time to prepare in order to play it at 2000+ strength. Though the hippo is less risky I agree
I thought about it of course but thought that I would win a piece anyway and that this method was cleaner. But probably h5 was better and more than good enough for sure
