THIS 50 MEXICAN TAMALE CHALLENGE Has To Be Finished In Less Than 30 MINUTES?! (Uncut)

Hot tamales! Today we tried the biggest tamale challenge the world has ever seen. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, Muy, Frio, a Texas, classic, frozen margarita bar has this giant Hatch Chili Pepper Tamale platter! Featuring pork tamales, chicken tamales bean and cheese tamales, and many different flavors they offer locally made food items, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic frozen margaritas. For this challenge we had a 30 minute time limit in order to get the extra large tamale challenge for free. This platter of tamales had a total of 50 whereas the normal order is three. Making this over 16 times the size of the usual, serving a tamales. We had the options to use their hot sauce, and locally made salsa and elote dip (Mexican street corn). I love Mexican cuisine, and this Hispanic food did not disappoint! A tamale is a corn flour, mixed with lard, which is cooked into a think pudding like mixture called Mesa which is then wrapped around meat, or a filling, and then boiled in a corn husk to hold it shape.
