@@charlene4910 they were not very fussy about it. But to be safe you can ask them in the counter before buying the ticket. If they say no, take the limousine bus it costs more but 2 bags definitely allowed
To be honest Narita airport just isn't good. My plane got canceled and that would've never happened in Tokyo international/Haneda. Definitely going to Haneda next time.
