Thats how i really like the place, people, and safety in Ahmedabad. You may aware that Gurugram has affordable housing schemes by town planning haryana, which means prices are affordable and due to Gurgaon the appreciation is extremely high. My question is do Ahmedabad also have govt undertaking good residential schemes where outsider can invest. My intention is to have an flat in Ahmedabad, in future i wana do some buisness consulting for garments related business + rental income which will be helping to pay emi. Appreciate your suggestion 🙏

Bhai koi builder abi nahi aayega redevelopment k liye because ahmedabad bahut zyada empty land hai. Redevelopment so skta hai agar koi riverfront ya railway side waha se aaye ya tab aaya jab ahmedabad koi jga nhi bachegi. Ahmedabad kuch nya hi trend chal raha hai. Every 10 - 15 years mai new areas ban rahe hai. Just like cg jab bar gya toh new cg road. Science city complete hua toh new science city. Ahmedabad mai bul se earthquake aaya toh bahut sari buildings girengi because of old construction.

Gujarat govt must uplift ban on alcohol and gujaratis should change their mindset towards non vegetarians. Then only talent from other states will flow into gujarat. More IT and Tech companies will setup offices and real estate will boom. Otherwise gujarat will remain a dull and dry state that it is today despite having good infrastructure in place.
It’s the same in other flood hit areas, maybe we don’t prepare ourselves for eventualities and hence everyone there has to bear the brunt. Let us hope things to improve.
