Is there some reason that you didn't cut some ventilation holes/windows into the walls early on in the framing process? Sure looked like a sauna, and dark, too!
I started out with a jigsaw and cut out first one as a pattern. Then i would screw it down and cut out all others with a duplicating bit for my handheld router. Worked good. Went through 2 or 3 bits.

Once you cut the outside metal it weakens it. Waited to cut out to fit my framed openings and able to put steel on right away to reinforce openings.
