Kripalu ji told roopdhyan is not possible for us or in other sense it is very difficult since we don't know god. Just seeing at images or idols will not suffice for attaching mind as the colors, sketches, stones etc are present everywhere in the world and so nothing special. Even kids get bored after sometime. Formless is even very difficult to hold for long time because we are very busy people! And meditating on formless will lead to self realization(find self) but not god realization. There is something else and deeper to it to understand. Simpler answer we dont love dead bodies but something alive. But how much alive attractive is krishna!!! That need to be understood then make forms with those qualities and attributes then fix mind would be easy. He has explained all those in some other videos. 💕💕💕👏👏👏

i see you were confused with *Roopdhyana* . Roopadhyana means, Roop- means form and Dhyana Means to meditate. So in Roopdhyana you must meditate on the Personality of Godhead, Either Sri Ramachandra or Sri Krishna. No you must not meditate on the impersonal, because impersonal has no, ROOP. SRI RAM, SRI KRISHNA, SRI VISHNU they are ONE, with different names. And since Jagadguru Kripalu Maharaj is a devotee of Sri Ramachandra, He was originally insisting to meditate on the Personal form of Sri Ramachandra Bhagavan.

In this video Krishnamurti passionately explain why is important to dissolve the "I" and see the "I", because that cause all the dualistic point of view. i see you were confused with *Roopdhyana* . Roopadhyana means, Roop- means form and Dhyana Means to meditate. So in Roopdhyana you must meditate on the Personality of Godhead, Either Sri Ramachandra or Sri Krishna. No you must not meditate on the impersonal, because impersonal has no, ROOP.
SRI RAM, SRI KRISHNA, SRI VISHNU they are ONE, with different names.
And since Jagadguru Kripalu Maharaj is a devotee of Sri Ramachandra, He was originally insisting to meditate on the Personal form of Sri Ramachandra Bhagavan.
