@@gauravme2023 Practice to think all ways that God is inside me, He is in front of me , He is also back of me. He is watching me and my actions every moment. Whatever work I am doing, doing it for His pleasure and His order. By continuous practice of this thought after some day you can feel the state of your mind.

Yes, we have to maintain our body and for that we have to perform essential worldly duties. One will naturally think - how is it possible to focus on God at all times when I have to do my duties? To be able to remember God at every moment is equivalent to graduating with a PhD degree in spirituality, and currently, we are all learning ABCD of spirituality. But eventually, we have to get to that state where we are able to remember God at all times. This requires tremendous amount of practice. To start with, we should first set aside regular time (1 or 2 hours) for our ekanta sadhana or devotional practice in isolation when we practice roopdhyan (meditating on the form of God). This 'ekanta sadhana' will then help us practice remembrance of the Supreme Lord. While performing other essential duties of the world, e.g., work to maintain this body, we have to be constantly aware that Lord Krishna is watching our every action. All our actions should be dedicated to Him. For example, when we are about to perform our office work, we should think, 'I am doing this so that I can earn money and I can maintain this body and with a healthy body I can do my devotion.' Alternatively, one can also think 'I am doing this work because of His pleasure.' This practice of bringing God to our awareness will slowly reinforce the practice of remembrance of God. Swamiji often mentions about the law of incremental growth. So, we have to go one step at a time.

When quoting scripture it's good to tell the chapter and verse .

So only 1 in millions of people get God-realization? I use my mind and my body instead of saying I but automatic thought usually is I and then I auto-correct. Ego is so deeply engrained. It’s so easy to take credit and for the mind to become proud. That must be the nature of the mind to take credit. Destroying ego seems like very difficult. Even though is difficult I know trying is still worth doing the spiritual path regardless. I also say instead of my parents, the parents I have. It’s such different though but it is making progress. That’s what I need to remind my mind albeit difficult to keep in mind.

Yes, definitely, but it requires a whole lot of practice. To be able to remember God always, one need to spend at least 1-2 hours daily in 'karm sannyas' sadhana. In this sadhana, we need to focus on doing 'roopdhyan' (meditation) of God, with or without kirtan/bhajan chanting (chanting names, forms, qualities, pastimes of Shri Radha Krishna). The better one gets at roopdhyan, the easier it becomes to remember God.
My problem is big actually. I cannot focus on God because i haven’t experienced what God is. Whatever i have in my mind about god is actually just coming from my thought! So, maybe i have to experience God first before i can focus on Him! Could this be right?
