Depression - A Documentary

This one is different from the usual stuff. In May I filmed myself to document the process of getting off of screens, which I am addicted to.
It turned into a documentary about mental health I guess.
It's not just about depression but anxiety, ADHD probably, hypocondria...

Hey tanguy idk how familiar with this album, but The Downward Spiral by Trent Reznor/nin has recently gotten me through some very hard times and I am curious to hear your thoughts on the album. Very raw and hit a nerve with me personally and touches on some things you talk about in this.

@@TanguyBlanchard that would be great I would love to hear your thoughts. I just hear some of your thoughts and feelings in this video I can honestly relate. That album helped me get through a really dark place and process/confront a lot of intrusive and suicidal thoughts.
