Still have my pristine LP that I bought when it first came out. Recently bought a limited-edition, HD CD remaster that comes close to the LP resolution and clarity. Still as relevant, if not more today, 50 years later.
Let It Bleed and Volunteers captured the sense of palpable dread that hung over its Era...

Very relevant in 2020
When I first heard about this album at the end of 1969 I was 15 and just starting to embrace the counter culture and the new left. Volunteers made the Airplane my favorite band. Buying and then listening to it again and again and again became a life changing experience. 50 years later I still love it to death.

Jefferson airplane with the doors and the velvet underground best bands of the 60s imho I love american music the British invasion bands don't come near apart from led Zeppelin they are really good Jack cassidy on bass is inspirational thanks for all the great music R . I . P marty balin
