You have a wonderful channel. Good to see you here. Some people here seem confused and irrationally or even strangely politically averse to veganism, but your generous sharing here is opening minds, and nice of Rachel to host you.
Thank you for this segment! Being a vegan since 2014, it is always refreshing to see guests who promote a humane lifestyle. Nisha was a great speaker too. She echoed my experience in seeing how animals are treated as food. It made making the change straight forward. Love your channel Rachel!
Yes!!! More of these budget friendly shows with vegan and non vegans alike. Love this type of content! Maybe a shopping haul for vegans to show how it can fit or fix the budget 🤷🏻♀️
Love this line of info and topics! Now have a keto/carnivore expert! I know Laura Spath is one person that helps people buy and afford for that helpful lifestyle/diet path. Dr. Ken Berry touches on it too.
I went vegan when I was broke and it was an inexpensive way to eat. I later went more animal-based but now I focus more on plant-based whole foods. I buy real butter instead of seed-oil vegan margarine for example. Saving so much money eating less meat.
Even if you were to go carnivore you don't need much meat probably... people in the US have poor portion control. Especially if you understand what your body needs to be full. Not to mention veganism isn't healthy and sustainable for most people. It's also terrible for the environment.
@@ari3lz3pp yes I know but rice and beans is always cheaper than beef. I fast and portion control for health and to save money. I have done both lifestyles to the extreme and ran the numbers and veganism is always cheaper generally speaking. Don't worry I still believe oat milk is a psy op
Cooking meals with the least amount of ingredients is the best way to save money, for example using butter to cook with instead of oils, use salt and pepper more than other pricey herbs, use onion but leave out the garlic and ginger, delicious meals can still be made with the simplest of ingredients y’all
I'm so happy I made productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever, hoping to retire next year.. Investment should always be on any creative man's heart for success in life
In my case Fergus Waylen has assisted me in doing that effectively, I'm not an expert so I lack experience in investment strategies, I work and my consultant handles the rest..This approach has helped me stay financially secure for over five years
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing him been mentioned here also Didn't know he has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, i'm in my fifth trade with him and it has been super
I'm familiar with Waylen. I've learnt invaluable insights from him, who generously shares his knowledge and experience to help beginners navigate the complexities of the market

❤😂 me too. Sadly it's actually worse for the environment and even the cows than being a responsible carnivore. If you eat grass fed, research where it comes from and use proper portions. Is it just me or are vegans usually sickly looking and obsessive- I'm an omnivore and this chick was unwilling to give ANY ideas to those of us not indoctrinated with soy koolaid.
Thank you for having me on the show, Rachel! Loved chatting with you :)

Love Nisha! She has so many amazing budgeting ideas and recipes on her channels.
Her red lentil curry is phenomenal
Love this! I'd never heard of her until I watched this episode. Now I'm following on FB, looking forward to trying some recipes!

Nisha’s lentil bolognese is a staple in my house and it is phenomenal!!! I was hoping she was going to mention it when Rachel asked that question
Me too…I love her bolognese 💞
Ooo, two of my favorites together!!
Love her videos for inspiration and getting more vegetables into my diet. Never going to be a vegan though 😂
My wife's yoga instructor buys her dinner all the time so I can save money on groceries. I appreciate him for being so nice to her!
😅
Sad. Get off the soy, you can do it!!! Lol 😂 💪
I'm definitely trying those recipes 🙂
Nisha! Didn't expect this crossover lol ❤ I love so many of her recipes!

That's awesome!!! I know nothing about investment and I'm keen on getting started. What are the strategies?

Yes 🎉 vegan is so unhealthy. I’m sure it’s slightly more healthy than the SAD though 😂 let’s do this interview with a carnivore
@@ginnydavenport3303
🤣👍Right on!
Vegan? Ok. I’m out.

@@ari3lz3ppDo the research and no need to politicize food--oh, but this is Dave Ramsey sphere.
Soy is terrible for you. I try to avoid seed oils.
