You are a life saver. My professor never explained how to do this and I have been out of school for a few years now and completely forgot how to write one. Thank you so much.
I'm sorry your work doesn't seem to have a purpose or connection to the real-world. Consider talking with your instructor about how you can complete the course requirements by focusing on topics you're interested in. English work is a must for communicating clearly and effectively. You may not write annotate bibliographies outside of academia, but they test you on critical skills you'll need in the real world. For example, can you take a long complicated source and summarize its main points? Can you explain how that source is related to your larger project? Can you synthesize sources and explain how their ideas connect to one another? For any job that requires critical thinking, these are must-have skills in the 21st century.
It’s not English in general it’s some of the topics are not really important to real life terms. I mean I do enjoy writing papers of my interest but my Eng teacher is not understanding and feels everyone should write like him it makes it hard to enjoy the class.
A person can learn critical thinking in many different subjects. We learn this early in in high school. Let’s keep it real when will we ever need to write a bibliography if we are not Eng majors. I no many with a PHD that have not used anything they learned in English class for their real career

Can I ask that when we write the summary and evaluation, are these two parts included in a paragraph or two separate paragraphs?
You can certainly separate them into two paragraphs, but ultimately refer to your instructor's guidelines.
