[ASMR] a meditation to end your day

I wrote this meditation with the intent to bring you peace at the end of a long day. By taking a moment to process the day and send out gratitude to all the things that are going well for us, we go to sleep with a peaceful mind and heart. A stress-free mind = good, refreshing sleep.

My relationship has been on and off rough lately and i just adopted a cat who has been such a beautiful soul that's entered into my life. But during the adjustment period of him getting used to my place, it comes with anxieties. I know it requires patience and it's been a huge opportunity for me to learn to ground myself and find patience both internally and externally and to learn to find balance in understanding these things. I must keep telling myself it'll all work out as it is meant to and to have faith in the universe and the great vibrations that will do as they will, to not fight it or to worry or to fear. That everything will be ok and to breathe and embrace the moment even if it may be hard.

Thank you Ally. 💙 It hasn't been the easiest 6 - 9 months, I just watched your makeup therapy video and I had to be honest and acknowledge the fact that I haven't been caring for myself in a long time. I've been neglecting all of my wants and needs, partly out of self destruction, partly out of spite for allowing myself to be affected as heavily as I was by someone very near and dear to me whom I have not referred to as my partner in over 4 years.
I shouldn't waste time or energy wondering why toxic people Force themselves or try to force themselves back into our lives at the worst possible times when we're trying to heal, desperately clawing and crawling our way out of our hell that we've created for ourselves through years of misdirection and trauma.
I am prone to overthinking and I am one who is capable of getting easily attached to fundamental ideas, people, emotions, and addictive substances. Not the best personality I know, but I've been taking a lot of time these last 4 years to work on myself and to broaden my horizons as well as my spiritual awakening through repeated ego death. All the while not even taking the time to truly heal and focus on myself and ReDiscover what I want out of life. I've only been burying, suppressing, and mourning. All the while my physical, mental and emotional health have been deteriorating.
I'm also going to be honest when I say that it's been awhile since I've watched any of your videos, and that's on me, but I truly do appreciate you for putting as much time and energy as you do into these videos. I always find myself discovering just the right video at the time in my life when I need it the most.

Ive recently started listening to sleep meditation and ASMR. I really enjoy your style and methods. It is very soothing and puts me to sleep within minutes of starting a video. I have trouble sleeping thru the night, but when I feel a queue with your videos I sleep peacefully almost all the way thru the night most nights. And if I do wake up I am easily lulled back sleep with your soothing tones and ambience
