I was waiting for this one! I enjoyed ur wash and talk experience. I really enjoy nemesis a lot and now my first experience with Loki was very good. It’s going to be tough to choose. They are both 2 of my favorites.
I rented a Tesla Model 3 for 3 days when I took a trip to California, and yeah, it wasn't for me... it did feel soulless and just like a utility. I didn't realize how much I looked forward to hearing an engine going through the gears and feeling a stronger connection to what the engine was doing as I was driving.
Would lov to see a quick review of those Book shelf speakers behind you on your cabinet shelf. Would lov to see you demonstrate how your phone can Bluetooth connect with those speakers. Appreciate it👍
I would encourage you to try it as a rinseless wash and skip the foaming aspect. Using it as a traditional rinseless at 256:1, I found the slickness to be higher than Nemesis. The slickness was evident during the wash AND during drying. I believe the cleaning power is actually higher due to a more surfactant heavy mix. It seemed to stay wet longer, which I think can be credited to higher concentration of a wetting agent than Nemesis. Pretty sure all of that is what makes it come in at a higher price point. The cost will be more than Nemesis when used at the same dulution, simply because it's a few dollars more when comparing 16 oz bottle pricing. The price gap narrows quite a bit when you go with the gallon size.
Lol "not melon-y the person". Great review - I bet if you diluted Nemesis 16:1 it would be a closer cleaning competition. But I am admittedly a nemesis fan-girl lol. I also really like Loki - I think I am going to do something similar and foam Loki then bucket wash with Nemesis. Thanks for the review!
@@TannerBobbittI haven't but that's the dilution used by Loki and Jeff said it cleaned better. I am not a professional so I just assumed increasing how much chemical is added would increase cleaning ability. But you know what they say about assuming lol
Great Video Jeff. . I have the Pump Sprayers in IK and Marolex that Ive tried but I have some of the Battery powered Amazon Foamers that Keav reviewed. They worked Fantastic and were reasonably priced. If you wanted a battery powered one sooner. For foaming I started at the 10:1 ratio and worked my way towards 256:1 and It still foamed but was much more watery at the 256:1 ratio. Im going to experiment again with the foaming ratios and see where its not a huge amount of product but still yields a great cleaning stuck on foam. Nemesis is good but I felt it has less of a slick feel then Loki when contact washing and drying. Loki is much more slick on an uncoated vehicle. The Foaming action I feel helps clean much better VS a wet spray down as the dwell time is better and the bubbles popping with the longer contact to the dirt really pulled it down it gives the surfactants and polymers time to work. I know Loki has stronger surfactants then Nemesis. The Polymers in both are equally effective and really work well. I guess the choice between both really depends on what you want to do. It gives options I feel. But in my personal preference Loki is the king of clean, use, experience and over all use. No need for a pressure washer. It will clean wheels, tires, paint everything. Also noted the scent of Loki. My first impression was Water melon Jolly rancher but Im told its actually a cucumber scent. Im keeping both as well. Always good to check out your channel...... Conway ..... ordered 2 gallons myself.
Thanks for watching and your thoughtful comments. I’m waiting for the ik electric foamer to come out, it was honestly excellent at sema. I agree with your points and I would lean toward Loki too. I actually bought another gallon of nemesis to see how much I like the non foaming version
It’s okay Jeff, you can say it. Tesla paint sucks. My brother’s brand new Tesla had a bug painted in the door jamb and a ton of dust nibs. Quality control isn’t very good. Good video.
Yup, I see both staying in the arsenal, they've got their different experiences while using, and both work great. I'm still playing with dilutions too
24:1 in a foamer worked well for me.
Jeff great review bro 💯🫡🇺🇸
Good video, thanks. The new IK E Pro 2 is delayed till April I believe, you can add an inflator to save all the pumping.
Yeah, I know, I'm really bummed about that! I have a few inflators I’ll play with.

Thanks for the reviewn
Maybe a test run of both at 128:1 in a regular sprayer. Loki is a cool product for sure

It must be nice to work with someone who will detail and coat your car! Just goes to show how much of a good person you are.
It’s a win-win they get a detail and I get a video and to try out some new products.

that video was the one before this video :) I agree with your assessment.
@ Sorry, Jeff... I had started that one, but squirreled to something else. I went back and re-watched. Thanks for the reminder.
@@AMI_Detail youre all good!
IK e foamer delayed till April at the earliest. At least you get arm day in during a wash. 😂 Just add a battery inflator.
i have 3 battery inflators here, ill strap one on the side soon enough.

Why would you dilute Nemesis 16:1?

@debtennis1301 you would probably get a bit of streaking at the dilution
i think just because loki is 1:16 and deb was trying to make them equal.
Just used Loki today. It works well for me. I'm not crazy about the melon scent, it has a metallic aftertaste.
Hey Jeff just joined second hand detailing on FB. Thanks for heads up.

I like how you clarified Melony 😅. There is always that guy.
Great video Jeff! Can’t wait to try Loki out!! Foam or no foam!! Love the versatility!!
What a clever and good shot from the security camera! 😁✌🏽
haha. it was Becca's idea. I sent her a screenshot of the foam in messenger and she asked me if that was my B roll.. It is now!

Hey bro, have you done mile deep interior cleaner and/or tyre dressing yet? Do you plan to? No worries either way. Just looking for ya feedback. Ty.
I have it but haven’t gotten to the line yet. It’s on the short list.
You have a link to the sprayer you got? Not the Ik one.
its a solo sprayer. amzn.to/4aMp7Q5
