BEST guest friendly Hotel in Medellín Colombia?
In this Video I take you back to Medellín Colombia and show you what I believe to be one of the best options when staying there. The Dann Carlton Hotel. Located in El Poblado & walking distance to Parque Lleras, it was a highly rated and very nice hotel. Worth the money and not a bank breaker. This is the second of a series of videos from my trip so stay tuned.

@@Rattyboy but you dont want to walk through that park right next to the hotel at night...foreigner was murdered there at 2am walking back to hotel from lleras a year or so ago
So this room isn’t bad… the only thing it’s missing is a microwave. When I went to Sosua DR I stayed at the New Garden. It seems like the cheaper the cost of the room they just don’t come with microwaves 🤷🏾♂️ I’m guessing they have a mini fridge inside the desk?? I’m going to do a little more research but imma add this place to my list.
Yea I was eating out a lot so I never really cared for, or use a microwave to reheat anything. I'm sure hotel could accommodate that though, I've done it before and requested one at no extra charge. IT had a mini fridge for sure though.
Hotels are a good choice only if staying les than 4 days .

@@Rattyboy U remember how much? I had reserved a room at the Click Clack in June and they tried to charge $100 USD for guests A NIGHT. 😂😂. I grabbed a air bnb instead. 😂
Man, my girlfriend used to do Housekeeping at the Click Clak hotel! Lol! She broke her foot and because she's 39 years old, they fired her, dawg.
The Dann Carlton will charge you about $70 a night for a guest. If you register the guest in advance, you can pay about $10 a night.

I can't deal with having to worry about changing toilet paper and towels. Plus the extra security and peace of mind is worth it.

How dangerous is this hotel because of the drugging cases by the girls from parque lleras. So would the hotel do sth when it happens (prevent the girl from going and calling the police for example) or nothing. And how should they know when i am drugged because can not react when they phone me or sth (for example in thailand they ask if everything ok but when i do not react they let the girl go)
If the girl tries to leave and you don't pick up the phone to give a response....then just like Thailand they won't let them leave lol
Because in Thailand the Receptionist calls me with hotel phone. But when i do Not take the phone they let them leave. So when im sleep because of drug noone knows. So the girl would be away.
Generally i ask because i watch your Video where you do Not trust the lleras girls but present guest friendly hotel.

@@themacher229 a good hotel in Thailand won't let them leave if you don't respond. And same for this Colombian hotel....so don't worry. And just watch your drinks
