Stage mods for Sonic Frontiers have been getting alot better lately, I dig Westopolis in Frontiers. Really neat that Chaos Blast is now an ability as well.
SEGA please make Shadow, Blaze, and Silver relevant in the games again

And don’t make Shadow an edgelord. Seriously, he’s not an edgelord. Don’t look at Shadow the Hedgehog game, look at Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic heroes, and yes, Sonic 06. Those show on who Shadow really is as a character.

@@Son_Joe_ProductionsShadow was only edgy in Shadow The Hedgehog 2005 and the Sonic Boom games. Across all the mainline games, Shadow has been very consistent with his development and personality. Even in the latest IDW comics the character has improved a lot compared to how he was in the Metal Virus arc. As Ian Flynn said: "Don't worry anymore"
The Westopolis’s street seems a little empty, I think putting a couple more destroy objects (like Cars and Crates) around would help but apart from that I think it’s a really cool level to be ported into the game. I especially like how they used the rotating pillars from Dragon Road to make it a bit more unique, and to fill in the gaps in the level.
The level is scaled up too much compared to the original. Possibly to make up for Shadow's higher boosting speed.

What I'd want with a Shadow mod is him Chaos controlling all around the enemy during Phantom Rush.
If Frontiers had Shadow, Maria would appear a lot, and that would be the saddest part of the game if you know the story of the Black Hedgehog
SAGE is a virtual clone of Maria.
I think it should be about how Shadow healed from his trauma instead of a lot about Maria all over again we need to move on from Maria to further develop Shadow's character
If they were showing more of Shadow's trauma then they should also talk about professor robotnik and black doom since both of them have badly influenced shadow

Honestly, no. Shadow's past having an influence on his character arc is already done and over with, and he's already made the decision to move on rather than constantly looking back. He knows who he is and who he wants to be.
One thing I hate about the recent shadow is the fact that when he boosts he starts flying instead of skating extremely fast 😢

@Sonicfalcon16 never thought of it like that, interesting. The way I see it since shadow rivals sonics speed he shouldn't need chaos power to boost

I´m pretty sure Shadow will be playable in Sonic Frontiers sequel, since it would match as a promo with him appearing in the Sonic 3 film, also I think Frontiers was kind of a "test" game and since Shadow is a more complex character, they wanted to rest him for one mainline game until they find a good one to include him.

This was really nice to watch! Would’ve been cool to have Shadow in Sonic Frontiers! I’m hoping we’ll have him soon in a future Sonic game with the release of Sonic Movie 3!

I hope one day in the future we can get Shadow mods with a whole ass custom moveset. Imagine replacing shit like the cross slash and sonic boom with Chaos Spear and his moves from battle
Now that I think about it..... the entirety of Frontiers gameplay DOES seem more fitting to Shadow actually. All the fighting moves and everything. lol Literally coulda been a Shadow The Hedgehog 2.
It could be a perfect fit to most characters depending on the context of the game

I think he'd definitely get along with her given how he cares for Omega. I could see him seeing her similarities to Maria and being protective of her, especially with Eggman not being the best influence, haha

It sucks that only mods can make Shadow be playable in Frontiers, and that he had nothing to do with the story of that game, but I think SEGA might be trying to make his comeback be a big thing by waiting until after the Sonic 3 movie has been in theaters, before releasing a totally interesting game that will definitely have him be a playable character, and play a big roll in the story of it. (someone else mentioned that, and I agree that that might be what they are trying to do.) I hate the fact that Sonic 06 is the only mainline console game that has Silver as a playable character. Please may he NOT continue to be a character who only sometimes appears in cutscenes, and is only playable in spin-off games and mobile ones, that cute telepathic hedgehog character should be a playable character in new mainline console games too!!!!

shadow the hedgehog could have been a cool game. Like they should have emphasis speed and a little combat, but not fkin kill 50 enemies, or go on scavenger hunts for random shit. Alternate paths was cool too, but the game's execution was terrible .
