В коллективе 6 девушек, 4 из них точно не латгалки, 2 сестрички с латгальской фамилией, но рижанки. Они все латышки, латглки тоже ведь латышки. А латышки все красавицы - и латгалки и не латгалки тоже :)

@@daveshreeve4413 Salamat po for the info. I did actually find a translation of the lyrics ,which in no way clarifies the meaning of the song (at least for me).
@@pauljackson4075 It didn't do it for me either. That's why I always say it may or may not give you a decent translation. Too bad neither one of us know any Latvians!
@@daveshreeve4413 Yeah, I’m at the early stages of learning the Latvian language. You know there are many songs in English that, of course, I understand all the words but I have no clue what that song means. I’ll keep plugging away at the Latvian language and if I discover the meaning I’ll shoot you a reply. Take it easy.
