Just commented on another of your videos you should see Trier and the Christmas market and now I see you did already. Hope you enjoyed it enough to go again, there is so much to see! :)
Lol I just replied to let you know we are going again in January…haha😂. Thank you so much for your advice though…keep it coming! We want to see as much as we can…Have a great day!
That Chrismas market looks really nice. What I like most about Christmas markets is the smell of lots of Glühwein and sweet nuts in the air 🤩🤩 btw your family is super cute!💛💛
Hallo Super Familie !
We had a lot of fun! That is so good to know since our oldest loves tasting new things with us! Hopefully we can get him the non alcoholic version at the next market if they have mulled wine 😀!
We just got caught up with your vlogs! It's really great to see y'all's interactions. We did a lot of the same things when we got here in 2019. Keep up the great videos! Subscribed! 🇩🇪👏🏽🍻
I´m living in the far north-east of germany on the coast in the state ´Mecklenburg Vorpommern´ and I also was at my local christmas market in Rostock today it´s just so great the vibes n stuff. We didn´t get to have them last year because of the pandemic but it´s just something really nice to do especially now in covid times. Been enjoying your vlogs alot lately.
Aww thanks so much for watching! I am so glad that the markets are opened…so far so good! I’m glad you enjoyed your local market we plan on attending many more if possible.
Oh wow, that looks worth a drive! It’s so gorgeous when it gets dark and the lights are all on. The cupcakes looked really good… I hope I‘ll get to a Christmas Market this year, because even though I live in Bavaria, I travel throughout Germany for work. Fingers crossed.
Oh, thank you very much for such a high quality video about Trier! But I was wondereing that maybe if you put the prices of what you get in places you travel to - that would be so usefull! Planning to go to Trier as well from different country , soo, that'd be really helpful to know prices :)
Trier is such a beautiful and historical city! 😍 Have you gone inside and up the "Porta Nigra"? It was build in 170 AD by the Romans. The city gate and the St. Peter Dom (Cathedral) are two of eight UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Trier. 😀 Great, that you enjoyed the Christmas market so much. 😋
We cannot wait to go back to sightsee all of the historic sites to include Porta Nigra. We are both into the Roman Empire and will be going back after the holiday season. Thanks for watching we loved the market!
Nice video. I was stationed in Spang and lived in Gondorf I will be flying from US to be in Trier next week with the whole family. We are all Vax . Do you guys have cards or the app? Any issues going into places? Please check out bittburg market and video there too! Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Was last there for Carnival 2019
As long as you have your vaccination card for everyone over age 11 you are fine! No issues they will just ask for your card at the entrance! We will definitely try to go to as many places as we can and we will add bittburg to our potential lists. I hope you all have a blast on your trip😊
I have the typical US vaccination card, and so far I never had a problem. They will study it and see when the date of your second shot was. If more than 2 weeks old, that means you are good to go, wherever 3 G(vacinated, recovered, tested) rule is in place. Wherever it has been tightened to what they call 2G here in Germany, then you need to be vaccinated or recovered, then testing alone will not help you. Indoors you will find more and more 2G, as Germany starts to clamp down, because their numbers are not all that great right now. Here in Trier, your card will get checked at restaurants or indoor places like museums, etc. Further changes may be coming. A bustling downtown, while good for the economy, is not all that great for keeping the spread in check. So, we shall see. Hopefully, next week, you are still ok, but I suspect that January its going to be quite the covid hangover around here. I am returning back to US next week, so I hope I can skip town without a problem. Have a nice trip, and hopefully all goes well.

I hope you so as well. It was beautiful!!
My favourite alcoholic drink there is "Feuerzangenbowle". But not every Christmas Market has it. But if you see it you should try it!
Thanks StarSeed 80 we always look forward to your comments and advice!!☺️
This is my favorite too!!!
