At the end of this video I noticed a couple of cracks on the neck by the headstock. 13:40 I reached out to Fesley about it and they sent me another guitar in perfect condition. They were very easy to work with and I would say the best customer service I have seen from one of these Chinese based guitar companies.
UPDATE: Fesley made it right by sending me a new guitar with no issues. This is how customer service is done. So if you feel like grabbing this guitar. Just know if you have issues, the company is a good company and will work with you.
It is amazing how good some of these bargain imports are for the money. A guitar player just starting out can have an amazing rig for not too much money or a gigging player can pick up a cheap spare or even use it as main guitar at those questionable gigs we’ve all played, not to risk a valuable guitar. Great job Rich
Dang! I was almost ready to grab a Fesley until I saw that neck @ the headstock! Ugh. (Not too, too crazy about the "Fesley" over the 12th fret, either, but ....meh, not a dealbreaker) Please do let us know what you hear back from them! I know you'll strongly urge them to discontinue using the large box over the guitar box OR use some extra packing material (bubble wrap, styro, etc.) Gotta wonder why they opt for the added expense (& waste) of using the large box. I'm a drummer, but I ain't a bad guitar player "for being a drummer"...or so I've been told by a couple of really decent players 😂 Just found your channel today. Subbed. 👍 Good stuff, Rich!
Good evening, nice LP type guitar, the price is very reasonable. The sound seems OK to me, certainly suitable not only for beginners. A mistake in the packaging, it happens, too bad. Nice video, I wish you all the best. Greetings Pavel CZ.👍👍👍
Shame about the damage (sadly it happens as I have received damaged guitars that were well packaged). I'm a big fan of flame tops but thought it looked good. There is such a choice of good guitars at all price points currently.
Trogley has had some distressing luck with UPS lately (3 guitars with HORRIBLE damage, one broken off headstock and 2 cracked necks like yours) I didn't see who shipped yours, but I've seen quite a few beefs with shipping companies lately...and they need to step up their fu*king game with the price of everything going up....

Love that lil Black Les paul and the SG you got hanging at the wall
You seem to have a lot of fun playing this axe, yeah ,great playing.
✨💫🤘
Man. Kids starting playing now don’t have to spend a ton to get decent gear. This is awesome.

That guitar sounds great. Where do you get your backing tracks?
@elevatedjamtracks
@@RichBischoff thanks!
Hey bro! Could you please tell me what size of frets this guitar has on?
Sounds okay!.. 🙂

I got mine in the more metal color of pink. Nice guitar for the money.
Pink is cool.
What finish is on the neck? Those look a lot like the finish cracks that Epiphones get.
It's like a dark stain. It's not gloss. That'd be good if it's just finish cracks.
@@RichBischoff flex it a bit and see if the crack opens up.
