@johnson167 is a young but persistent collector of mainly Rolex and Cartier watches. He is specialized in exquisite Day-Dates, either with gemsetting, rare finishes or stone-dials. He acquired some seriously rare examples and today we have the pleasure of seeing some of them.

This collection is absolutely nuts. He has some of the rarest DD in existence. Thank you for bringing this to us, amazing knowledge and watches.
Jasper:"Which one would you like to start with first?" Johnson:"Um maybe the basic one"...and he pulls out an onyx stone dial Day-Date lol. Must be nice! 😂
He has got my favorite collection I’ve ever seen and it’s exclusively because of how much he also cares about natural Rolex dials.
Please keep these videos coming Jasper! These collections are so much more interesting than standard hype watch fare
Hear hear!
Love the white gold day dates. Incredible collection
He seems pretty defensive on his IG Q&As but here is seems kinda almost shy 😂 guy has crazy pieces for days... Amazing DDs
Probably people always asking for sales
That collection is insane! Another great video Jasper!
I love the host and this channel - so conversational , knowledgeable and always entertaining. This collection is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Wow. Sick collection review Jasper. Thats my dream model collection right there. Day-date 36s are #1!
Jasper, I'm once again blown away! 😲👏 A fantastic video, and Johnson167's collection is mind-blowing. 🤯 He's a cool guy, the way he casually handles those watch models, haha. 😎 I believe the community here really needs a 2-hour video from you with Johnson167 showcasing his entire collection!!! 🕰🎥 Who's with me on this? 🙋♂🙋♀
Wow...what an amazing collection!! I really love the pieces with the Emeralds..such a beautiful green. I love this channel and the host is so knowledgeable and Ive learned a lot from his videos.
Amazing collection review! By two passionate collectors in it for the love of the watches not investing! I can’t wait for part 2. Johnson is awesome
Love that the stone dials get some love. Amazing the variety!
Love it Jasper! Johnson167 is amazing
Great watches! Love the last two
Wow what a stunning collection!
Wow what a collection. Inspiring!
These KOV videos are amazing.
Great episode. Your videos are 1st class!
Need to see more of his collection!
KOV awesome video. Shared 3x so far.
Really enjoyed this one. Massive passion and knowledge between you two.
Thank you, Johnson is one of my favorite collectors.
Beautiful. Thanks for sharing! ✨🤩

Beautiful collection, id gladly sit and watch a 2hour video on them.
My dream watch is the GMT meteorite. I love it.
not many countries you can walk around the streets casually with the pelicase..
Wow. What a collection!
Heerlijke video weer! Keep them coming!
As always….Lekker Jasper!
Dang man, that’s good! Congrats to both of you!
The Majin Boo tattoo won me over... the colored day date discs👌
What a collection! incredible passion for DD between two outstanding collectors.
Amazing. Love Johnson
Incredible collection
this is the stuff we like to see
Beautiful watch collection. I have one platinum day-date with Cyrillic day wheel. The one thing I would disagree is that platinum is too soft and hard to refinish it.
Awesome and what a collector
Wow! I wanna be his friend lol. He said you have to have a couple of the same watch because you need one to collect, one for daily use...and one for a friend to borrow...Again must be nice.
Two KINGS of the Vintage Crown!!!
mr johnson the legend big respect from vienna
Amazing collection
looking forward for the next video with John!
I met him in Bangkok , nice guy with crazy collection 😁

Generous quite and humble dude, that gives out friends his Rolex to wear. I would do the same 👉 I like that guy!
super focused collection
The watches are insane. That first one🥵🥵
Sickest watches. All rare. All 36mm, only classics. Rolex take notes ^ Johnson ur the 🐐 the white gold onyx my new fav 🔥
Not only are they hens teeth all the cases are impeccably sharp 👌🏻
i would love to own that ruby piece
Another great video, if it was two hours I'd watch it!!
sick!!
This is nuts. Is this real? Incredible.
Jordy Kerwick in the background anyone?
Lapis dials are incredible on gold
Great Vid Jasper
If you owned both the 5168G patek kaki and John mayor Daytona, which one is better to hold on too in the long run ? Appreciate any inside
Neither. Vintage is best
What does this guy do for a living??? Great collection. I do love a day date
I wouldn't mind a 2 hours video with them!
amazing convo! what loupe are you guys using in the video?
Thanks! Carson CP 45
Have you seen that sushi knive? Almost as nice as watches👍🏻👍🏻
Brilliant :-)
The guy is a legend in HK
now we are desperately waiting for the 2h video 😉
Great video, very interesting!
He is cool. The day date King
White gold with black dial is beautiful. I like 'simple' dials. T' is overigens geen pratertje, deze collector.... :P
I remember 20 years ago these watches we’re lying around no one wanted em kicking myself In The ass again
Mother of Pearl dials DD40 now
👍nice
Who’s the artist behind the paintings in the background?
"20 is safe" lmao
Is the crystal as discussed around 3:40 available to purchase? Would love to put one in my 1603.
Yeah those you can find rather easily. Just reach out to a watchmaker :)
Love the videos and all season. Just a very fun fact, the better the watches the worst the english in the video. Big love to KOV, only Dutch person I know of with such a bad english. Love to all the people interviewed, mega watches very poor english.
Can’t help but wonder how this clean cut guy made his money to buy this big ticket items.. but good for him!
Let’s see the Leica collection
Australian Art
Effing sickk
Hi i would love to know what LOUPE tool you are using
Carson CP 45
@@jasperkov I appreciate that!
Jasper were can I get one of them loops?
Bulang and Soms sells them I think
Thank you 🧐
Your videos are fucking amazing!!!
where did this legend make his $?
Does anybody know what watch case he has?
Peli case :)
I have a question. I see lots of watches in this video with T Swiss T dial but hands with no lume. How can this be? It's hard to believe that Rolex sold watches with Tritium marked dial and no lume hands, this combination makes no sense.
Hi, good question; albeit it being common knowledge in the world of Rolex. Regardless of the dial they used the same cliches. So prior to being decided if it would carry tritium, they pad printed the dials. Subsequently it was decided to add lume or not (for example for Japanese market they did not apply any radioactive materials due to import reasons) Stone dials obviously never had lume on the dial. Cheers
Where have you been KOV?
Back soon 🫡
Is this man the one who owns the Stardust Black opal dials
No. Unfortunately that one, sold by Phillips and subsequently Christies; is fake.
Ongelofelijk gave collectie en gozer is nog jong. Over 20 jaar is het een museum bij hem thuis 😂
what kind of loupe is that?
Carson
@@jasperkov any specific model?
@@justinbluebear cp45 I believe
Kleine vraag, heeft kov ook triple date rolex watches.....
Sporadisch. We hebben wel eens een JCK en Padellone gehad
His wife jasper his wife! Godang
You are quite right saying you don't know anything about camera lenses. That is obvious.
2:30: Tasty!!!
Great content but totally disagree with 36 Date date being a better size than the 40. The Date date 40 size is clearly a real man’s watch.
Imagine defining the genus of a watch by its diameter. Nothing beats the original 36mm Oyster case.
Low key 😂😂😂
