I just enjoyed his reply about the independence of investigative agencies. He belongs to a unique class of politician and his views are admired by many, not only in TN but all over India.
Palinivel Thiagarajan, is well educated, cultured and Manned man, he is best candidate for Finance and IT Minisiter, He is even suitable for Chief Minister of Tamilnadu and possibly an Finance Minister in central Government, in this interview look at his words and sentences, it shows a complete control of subject he is talking where i am yet to see an minister talk so solidly, either in tamilnadu ruling party or in the national level, such individuals and intelliectuals are highly required for this nation. This interview i would like to rank as the best i see based on the tricky and unavoidable questions and the answering pattern. Highly Appreciated sir for this interview and enlightment.

Despite the Interviewer shooting questions without digesting and responding to the mood of the PTR, PTR did patiently tried to answer the best diplomatic way, I wish the interviewer judge the ground and post the next question, rather than have a list of questions and shooting without any facial expression. On the Governors responsibility PTR did use apt words to nail the coffin, an absolutely fantastic simple sentences in which way and Governor and President should not hold bills. In overall PTR did a good interview and i am happy to see an good interview, Look forward to more interview of such highly intelligent and deligent politicans, Thanks a lot Times Now.
The little girl was a bit nervous and PTR was patient enough to answer all her questions.. hope she gets better as time passes. Tell me one skilled interviewer in Indian English media !!.

PTR shows what value can educated politicians bring to Indian politics. He studied at premier institutes (NIT-Trichy, MBA from MIT Sloan and Ph.D. from Buffalo University) and his education reflects in his rational, fact based arguments. He does not faff unlike other politicians, I have always seen him giving rational arguments and I have learnt every time I have seen his interviews.
We need more such educated politicians to change the discourse from Mandir-Masjid, Religion, Hindutva to issues that affect the common man i.e. Education, Employment, Quality Healthcare etc.
Always a learning experience listening to this Minister.

In 2009 May General Elections, EVM was introduced and UPA formed the Govt.2 nd time. From 2009 EVMs are used continuously. Thereafter in many states Congress won the assembly elections with EVMs.
So, there is no point in barking at EVMS. In WB TMC won the elections using EVM. In Rajasthan Congress won the elections. In Telangana TRS won. Now Congress won the elections using EVM.
India cannot follow the path of Pakistan's old model, 🤩😁🤣😉 which was separated in 1947. We will face the elections using Electronic Voting Machines. Advanced method.👌💥👍
