    My new Talisman has updates but the installer does not do anything when I plug the USB stick with the new map in.

    next update will be in in 40 years will it. my maps are really out of date

    Updating with what? Over one and a half year old maps and RLink 2 says no updates... The whole navigation system is based on outdated maps and trying to leading me to the wrong direction in a highway crossing which construction is finished over a year ago! Well done! How do you expect me to pay for update extension with such a BAD support? Even a 400$ mobile phone has better software support than a 30000$ value car! Very disappointed.

    When i put the usb in either of the two USB slots in the centre armrest (2018 Koleos) I get a message on the screen saying no audio file found? How do I get the Koleos to download to the USB?

    my RLink store is nothing like the one you have! under Want a new application, i select MAPS and i have no options! am stuck on 2016 map but under my services / My Maps and Services, i have a map update MAP OF EUROPE V1506. how do i get that into the car?

      I need to update maps on my renault. I asked about it when the car was serviced and was told I need to do it my self on line. I've spent hours trying to do this. Nothing is clear and the renault website doesn't seem to work. If they expect you to do it t yourself the software should work. i can't see why the garage can't update software when they do a service.

    I have a grand scenic from 2018. And this doesn't work for me. There's an update available. I formatted my USB to fat32 and plugged it in for 2 minutes in my car. And when I open R-Link 2 toolbox it doesn't recognize it. I tried multiple times. Or do I have R-link 1?

    Hello Dear, My Grand scenic 67 doesn't showing up climate control buttons.There is showing only small piece of button into the bottom is frozen and i do not why is the air quality switched off .I can't turn on this.

    Does not work, Renault Koleos II, Connect says no vehicle details on mem stick despite there being an R-link file ending .wls, connect also doesn't work with VIN number.

    What? that is too much hassle. why not update directly to the Radio/map navi system directly from the wifi? going back and fort just to update?

    Downloaded the map update to my usb which has been formatted to FAT32. Put it in the car and nothing happens other than stating that "no audio files have been found"? Doesn't seem to detect any updates on the usb. Any ideas?

    Hello my megane 3 2010 the bluetooth was gone alone,there is no settings to connect,i bring in Renault they want to charge me for 200€ for update the firmware,this is not nice service,normally all client Renault must have free for this update...

    I have a Renault Megane GT Line 2016. The R-Link 2 seems to completely disconnect automatically while connected to either radio or usb...It's very annoying. Also, the automatic central locking system, fails to lock after drive off. It worked fine for a while and yes I have pressed the autolock button...useless only locking manually. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

    Renault, my megane IV from 2016 has nevr had a map update. My system is fully updated, but your store insists that maps are up to final version.
