I believe you're on the most balanced side, George. People will talk regardless of the veracity of your words, don't mind them and keep enjoying what you do 😊
I have come to the point of simply relying on my own sense of smell. I close my eyes, allow my nose to experience the fragrance. I know what I like. The name brand, the price, the hype ? .... worthless information. Trust your own senses, resist the placebo effect. I also enlist my friends and family in the "blind test" of fragrances, the more ...the merrier ! I receive many compliments (and inquiries) regarding the fragrances I wear, and I know from experience that the brand name, price tag and hype have absolutely ZERO influence on the initial compliment someone pays to me. The vast majority of instances, people say to me, "you smell amazing..." or" what's that cologne, it's very nice...", and yes, sometimes people will guess/ask if I'm wearing a specific fragrance, but never have I been asked "how much did your cologne cost?" until much later in the conversation, should I engage with the person, even then it's rare, in my experience. All fragrances are unique, in some small way, just like fingerprints, imo. Every person reading this comment has at some point received compliments about their chosen fragrances, so trust your own senses. If a particular fragrance does not "perform" and/or "project" to your liking, simply apply MORE of the fragrance to the same locations on your person. Many times I find that alleged "clones" actually perform/project BETTER than the so-called "original" fragrances after which the "clones" are apparently formulated. Also, in my 50 years of wearing fragrances, I have never met any person who can discern "clone" from "original" any better than 50/50, it's hilarious to me that people fall for the hype surrounding certain fragrance Houses.
Your honesty is very much appreciated! So many influencers made me buy stuff I don't like or that are just not good! May I ask how are you avoiding this methods? How do you make profit if you are not hyping the latest and greatest?
I disagree with your initial point about clones being of low quality, since some actually outperform the OG and smell identical on the air, or offer an interesting twist, the ingredients they use is of small importance if the smell is great, Also, nothing is wrong with blind buying, some people including me enjoy the thrill, chase, and excitement that comes with blind buying a fragrance, and it feels more rewarding when a blind buy pays dividends, so going as far as saying just don't blind buy and sample everything is illogical especially since finding samples for these inexpensive clones can be very challenging.
I'll bash him, aromatix hypes stuff up all the time 😂😂. That guy would say toilet water smells amazing and then a couple of weeks later he'll say is garbage 😂😂😂.
Could you in the future maybe make a video on how to buy samples/perfumes from Europe? Especially middle eastern clones. There's a lot i wanna sample before i buy but there's no physical store in Europe where i live and online there's hiddensamples but they have only a small assortment of middle eastern perfumes. You can buy from Dubai sites but europe has awful import taxes its a nightmare cost wise. Thank you in advance.
They key thing imo is everyone has a different body chemistry number one so just because it smells good on one person doesn’t necessarily mean that it will smell good on you🤷🏽♂️

Thank you for reminding us what to be aware of when buying clones

Aromatix sold out yes, and CurlyFragrance before him. I stopped following them both
Aromatix said Ard Al Zaafaran's Hayaati was better than Lattafa's then later always recommended the latter 😆😆😆😆😆
One of my favorite reviewers!!
Hey. Thanks for the tips. It would be great to see a few reviews of Emper fragrances 😉
Keyboard trolls are everywhere. You are awesome.
Hello George, I'm still trying to find out if Salvo intense is better than Afnan Modest une.

Search for dubaicolletion, they ship from romania.
I think Reddit and fragrantica is a good choice. And as for You i would like if you'd rate 1-10 perfumes and their longevity and sillage.

Forgive the people bashing you in the comment section, for they do not know what they are doing
the biggest mistake is not applying straight on your septum, that's the closest to your nostrils
