I got a cousin in Brooklyn. Had a bar/restaurant he owned 2 blocks from his house. The NYPD gave him a ticket for having an open but corked bottle of wine home 2 drink. His employee from the neighborhood called red hook with an average of 20 foot sidewalks and absolutely no foot traffic, was arrested 5 times for having his bike on the sidewalk. Sent 2 riikers island a couple weekends. Fine police work u fraud
