Here's what’s interesting: Although Chris Stapleton didn't write it, he arranged it into a blues song, and he made it his own. And, now all new covers are of his version, not the original country song. It's as if it was meant to be sung and performed in Chris’ way.

I love this so much. Teddy is just amazing on so many different levels. His range, the vibrato, the feeling he brings to all of the music just adds so much to the songs that he makes them into his own beasts. And that is the best and only way I can describe everything I hear from this man. It’s Beast!!

Tennessee Whiskey was written by Dean Dillon and Linda Hargrove. It was originally recorded by country artist David Allan Coe for his album of the same name Tennessee Whiskey, George Jones also recorded it in 1983. It has been covered by some other artist as well, but Chris Stapleton''s version of this gorgeous song sent it to a whole other level of popularity and gave it another life all of its own. This song is one of my top three favorites of all time..

I'm here once again to announce that I would love to see you react to Poets of the Fall - Carnival of Rust (their most well known song and the music video got voted as the best Finnish music video ever back in 2006 when the song was released). Truly an underrated band from here in Finland. Also a band with many different sounds all the way from slow melodic songs to full on rock.
Although if you want to immediately hear a song that showcases how crazy good the lead singer Marko Saaresto's voice can be (and while his vocal range might not be the most dynamic out there he is an amazing example of what you can achieve by having absolutely perfect control of your vocals especially the raw emotion that his voice is able to convey) then i recommend listening to their song Daze. His vocals on the chorus are something out of this world.
I just think that so many more people would love their music if they just ever heard them but since their from Finland it rarely happens. Although many have heard their songs in Remedy's video games Max Payne 2, Alan Wake, Quantum Brake and Control
(Also every single reactor i have seen reacting to them has been pretty much blown away by their music so i'm very confident you'll like it)

I’m a fan of Teddy l, love his voice but with this particular song, It is only Chris Stapleton who brings out emotions in me that I don’t even know where they come from. He has an honesty and rawness that moves one like no other. This is a pretty version and beautifully sung though.

Now that you have heard a couple of versions of Tennessee Whiskey, you should listen to the original country version by David Allen Coe.
I will never again listen to David Allen Coe -- not after verifying what a hateful racist he is. He has even repeatedly used the "N" word in a couple of this older songs. Disgusting.
