Just finished Stellar Blade last night. Excellent and addictive game play. Story was more interesting than many outlets said. Character and monster designs were phenomenal. Music is full of instant classics. Zero bugs. Oh, and I didn't have to wait until almost a year later to start up NG+. A NG+ that not only carries over your progression from the last game but (like the plus in the name) adds new content on top of what you already had including all new versions of the suits you have plus new stronger abilities and gear. Oh plus the main character is carrying more caked up beauty than two bakeries with realistic jiggle physics.
Bro the story is awful, its pacing is so bad. The best written character in the entire game is Lily And the entire game, Eve has 0 personality. You can't imagine a fictional scenario and know how shed react

My Opinion: I'm Siding with the pro FreeStellarBlade movement not because of what was censored but why it was Censored Sony Has been showing a Rasist bias against Asian games hell the newest Visual Novel the Tsukihime remake Art Book is Censored while the switch version remains untouched. And the fact that on the official twitter they said all countries were uncensored and 1 day we found out they lied. Honestly it’s an unwinnable situation no matter who you are: if Sony doesn’t renege their decision- they’re liable to legal action. If they do, they open themselves up to actively being called out for years of unnecessary censorship policies. If you’re a gamer it’s almost as bad: if you support the people rallying against I the censorship- you get compared to the weirdos who have hijacked the movement. If you don’t support it- you run the risk of other games being more easily and openly censored.
Ngl I rather side with the weirdos than deal with more censorship. If Sony cared they would have it be optional. Maybe have an uncensored version, toggle, or even a free patch for those it offends.

The gore was also toned down quite a bit, and most people seem to be more upset with how the developers stated there wouldn't be any censorship, which ended up being a lie.
@@Muppet567 It's certainly easy to see things that way because most of the backlash against the complaints I've seen have hyper focused on that, but most of the direct complaints I've come across have mentioned all the censorship and not just the skins. Either way, I think it's overblown, and while I don't like censorship at all, treating this small amount of censorship like some apocalyptic event is beyond extreme to me.

My Opinion: I'm Siding with the pro FreeStellarBlade movement not because of what was censored but why it was Censored Sony Has been showing a Rasist bias against Asian games hell the newest Visual Novel the Tsukihime remake Art Book is Censored while the switch version remains untouched. And the fact that on the official twitter they said all countries were uncensored and 1 day we found out they lied. Also Censoring a M rated game with no sex and reducing the gore made no sense to me, shift up was force to Censor the game and now have a gun to their head also i will never forgive them for what they did to Senran Kagura
Honestly it’s an unwinnable situation no matter who you are: if Sony doesn’t renege their decision- they’re liable to legal action. If they do, they open themselves up to actively being called out for years of unnecessary censorship policies. If you’re a gamer it’s almost as bad: if you support the people rallying against I the censorship- you get compared to the weirdos who have hijacked the movement. If you don’t support it- you run the risk of other games being more easily and openly censored.
Ngl I rather side with the weirdos than deal with more censorship. If Sony cared they would have it be optional. Maybe have an uncensored version, toggle, or even a free patch for those it offends.

Feels like the Dragon's Crown commotion all over again. Which is funny because Vanillaware finally released Unicorn Overlord this year, and while its fanservice is *slightly* toned down compared to the cool beat'em up, it's still *VERY* prevalent in the game and *no one's* complaining there.

@Synkhan Well, sort of. The Baldur's Gate 3 part was such a treat in the video, but the complaints about the censorship in Stellar are about more than just seeing more skin. The gore was also toned down quite a bit, and most people seem to be more upset with how the developers stated there wouldn't be any censorship, which ended up being a lie.
