The casablanca lily is my favorite flower! L'eau D'issey is one of my favorite scents. It doesn't smell like anything else in my collection and even though it was made a while ago, it doesn't smell dated.
I own several Serge Lutens fragrances, La Vierge de fee being my least favorite. At first I was drawn to what felt like a sweet smokey autumn wood on cool day scent but then it just turned cold,sterile and cloying on me. It never goes away,either. I have to wash it off. I so wanted to love it but it just didn't work for me in any weather.

Love the flowers, but unfortunately perfumes with lily as a dominate note remind me of dishwashing liquids from the 90s. I have Basier Vole, but I can't wear it on my body. I spray a little as a room scent sometimes, that is when in it that reminds me of bug spray.
The power of suggestion. After watching the video, I went to choose a perfume for the day. I chose Penhaligons Artemisia which I like but something about it bothers me. Looked up the notes, and lily is listed as a note.
Interesting! Lily does divide people... it’s quite a potent white floral so some absolutely love it but others really do not! We like it that not all perfumes are adored by all people: it makes the whole thing art: and ensures creativity.
My mom used to wear Muguet des Bois all the time when I was growing up , I always liked the smell it’s discontinued now though, now her favorite is Idylle by Guerlain , I think that has Lilly in it also if I’m not mistaken
I can’t be in the same room as lily flowers, even with the stems removed, they give me a headache. I know Lily of the Valley is a very popular perfume in history.

I love the smell of lilies! I own Baiser Volé by Cartier and Lys Mediterranée by Frédéric Malle and I love them both. Stunning fragrances.
I don't mind the scent of lily flowers, but I'm not fond of perfumes with lily. I ❤ those videos! I'd like new ones about iris, mimosa, lilac :)

Question: What is the extraction method for true lily perfume considering they have no oil in them to extract?
Lutens Un Lys is a breathtakingly beautiful evocation of lily. It is my favourite lily fragrance.
My one lily fragrance is Donna Karan’s Gold EDP. It’s spicy and opulent. I don’t wear it often but when I do, I’m struck by just how beautiful it is.

I'm a big fan of floral perfumes; rose and lily are by far my favorite.
The vanilla scent is a very difficult one to get right but when it's good it's the most beautiful!

Muguet Des Bois is beautiful but it's not a lily fragrance. It's a lily-of-the-valley fragrance.
