How did you know that it was mod4 m32h instead of mod3? I have the exact same box you have with reference mod 3 while I ordered mod4 and from what I see, you thought you had mod 3.
@@gds10-83 the mic arm is different which made me think it wasn't the most 3. This one is solid with a hinged joint and adjustment. The mod 3 is flexible without the hinge. But it was one of the viewer comments that confirmed it as they have the mod4 too. Hope that helps 😎👍
Just got mine but trying to figure out how to switch the mic to the other side. I feel like I'm going to break the mount if I try to pop it off the muff. Is that the correct way to switch the mic over?
Thanks, buddy 👍 That sounds like a great setup! If you're going to have the headset on the helmet double check the mounting system. My setup had ARC rails, and the FLUX may have M-LOC. It should say in the description which type it comes with. Also looks like they have just released\updated to Mod 4 of these headsets so you may get the newer version (same price) direct from Earmore\Opsmen. Hope that helps and thanks for watching 👍😎
@@TacticalMagfed Oh wow, thanks for the response I just thought the helmet had ARC rails. You just saved me hahaha. Gonna have to find a way to connect them now.
@@paradisewithmoto4196 no problem buddy 👍 Just checked on the Earmor UK store and they sell an m-lok kit so you should be OK. earmorstore.co.uk/earmor-mtek-m-lok-helmet-rails-adapter
@@paradisewithmoto4196 hey mate, did you complete this setup with the FLUX helmet and m32? I am about to get the same helmet and headset combination and some feedback would be great.
Hi there, you can get a PTT with an audio jack output, so in theory, it could be possible to wire them to connect to an audio jack. I doubt you could get 7.1 audio though. If you are looking for a military-style gaming headset with 7.1 check out the Razer Blackshark v2 x 👍😎
Hi there, I use arc rail adapters opsmen\earmor have there own version. Check out this video at the 12:30 chapter for my setup ua-cam.com/video/RMTp4DxwKfg/v-deo.html hope that helps 😎👍
The caps twist on and lock in place. I have managed to twist one off with my thumb. It was more me faffing around getting my mask to fit. I wouldn't say it's a problem as it's only happened once. Hasn't changed my opinion of this headset at all, it's great 👍😎
Hi there, externally the mic arm has been replaced and is stronger. Most of the upgrades are internal. I think the speakers and audio quality have been upgraded too. Hope that helps. 👍😎
Hi there, I haven't noticed the ambient sound cutting out when using Comms. I think you hear both but it makes the Comms slightly louder or clearer. Hope that helps 👍😎
Hi there, glad you liked it! I'm working on some future videos that will have more detail regarding my helmet setup and showing how it all fits together 😎👍
There are twist off caps on the back of each ear cover. You twist the caps just over 90 degrees and they come off so you can insert or replace the batteries. Then twist the caps back and you're good to go 😎👍
@@TacticalMagfed thank you, what size batteries do these M32’s use is it AA or AAA. Also how do you tell if your headset is on or off, I bought a set last fall but haven’t used it yet in a game so can’t tell of there off or off.
@@Alexmaine1 they take 2xAAA one in each ear piece. You hold the power on for about 3 seconds and you will hear a voice notifying "Power on" to turn them off hold the power button until you hear "power off". If you leave them on they will turn themselves off after 4 hours. You will know if they are on because you will hear ambient noise around you. Hope that helps 😎👍
Hi there, have you mounted them on a helmet with rail adaptors? If so there are two positions that the adaptors can click into. One position is "out" or away from your ears and this will make them feel very loose against your head. The other position is "in" which makes them much tighter against your head. To make them click to the in position you need to push on the adaptor arms (towards your head). you should hear them click and then they will feel tight on your head. You can pull them out again and when they click it loosens them to make it easier to remove your helmet. Hope that helps 😎👍
These are actually the M32 Mod 4 version!
