In this video he talks about the Whites. He talks about their strengths, weaknesses, and their core motives.
The white personality is the least understood of all the personalities. They are the peacemakers. They are very tolerant, and easy going.
If you don't ask a White what they think you just might miss the magic. They are very non expressive and can be slow to articulate, but if you are patient and kind with them they will open up.
Everybody should have a good White in their lives.

Being a white, lack of self confidence is definitely my greatest limitation. As well as when people are demanding, I do become very stubborn... sorry everyone lol

Mike Tony I have a white 10 year old son. I am a blue with a red secondary. I know this stuff about whites and try hard to take it into consideration when dealing with my son. I try not to be too demanding, but he is just so lazy if I am not demanding. He would settle for C’s in school, he is a smart kid that reads way above his grade level capable of straight A’s. I compromise and settle for A’s and B’s on his report card. If he plays a sport, he’ll be down on himself if he is not one of the better players, but he doesn’t want to keep his head in the game and work hard to do his best. In sports, I could be laid back and say to myself “it’s just not that important to him”, but he is down on himself when he doesn’t do well, so I push him. I’m really struggling to strike the correct balance with him.
@@scottwidiculous As said in the video whites don't like to be pushed. As a white he is probably seeking independence and is able to handle failure, even if it doesn't seem like it. I would recommend to let him make his own experiences and learn from them.

If there's such a thing as a flaming White, I'm it. Being in management over the years I've taken so many of those personality tests. None of them hit the nail on the head like this. And im everthing u described foe white .. I was thinking im indigo .. But never felt it completely .. May be also because i had a visual experience of white starry aura around me ..
The White motives and fears sound exactly like the Enneagram type Nine's motives and fears, but I'm a Nine and the Yellow outward behaviours sounds much more like my outward behaviour than the White's. I can't stop talking or sit still, I interrupt a lot, avoid commitments, am optimistic, see the best in people, crack a lot of jokes, have ADHD... every single Yellow trait is spot-on. But with motives and fears I'm totally Nine/White: my fear of conflict feels much more influential in my daily life than my fear of not having fun. :/
I don't know the Enneagram well but People Code is based on driving core motive and no other instruments do that. So it is the driving core motive that tells you more about yourself as who you truly are than behaviors. Only you know if you are driven by peace (white) or fun(yellow) but your characteristics sounds VERY yellow.
You've really made me reconsider my predominant motive. I have read extensively on the Enneagram and was certain I was a Nine (the type driven by fear of losing positive relationships through conflict), rather than Seven (the type driven by fear of boredom), but the Yellow sounds just like Seven and White sounds just like Nine in both behaviour AND core motives now I take another look at both. Could it be that I only related more to the fear of conflict than fear of boredom because my drive for entertainment is so constant (and easy to fulfill 99% of the time by ensuring I'm constantly plugged in to my smartphone to stay entertained even just walking from one room or building to another :P) that I don't notice it there, like the hum of a refrigerator in the background? My fear of conflict is powerful enough to be annoying, but I'm diagnosed on the autism spectrum and I wonder if that fear is not coming from the same place as a true White/Nine. My fear of conflict is the result of finding it very hard to predict the consequences and knowing what to do when even minor anger gets expressed; if somebody is annoyed with me it feels like the friendship might somehow end up completely over unless I respond the right way, and I don't know what the right way is. I have trouble with the concept that somebody can be openly irritated with me *without* thinking I'm a bad person, hating me, wanting to sack me, disown me or never see me again. I suspect that if were able to accurately assess the actual danger posed to a friendship or working relationship by any particular conflict, and I had confidence in my ability to react appropriately and not make things worse, I wouldn't fear conflict at all. Would a true White be able to say that? Sorry this turned into an essay. :P

White aura people - explains so much about me & my life when I learn more of what I am & who I am as learning I have a definition or term.. as a caregiver I wanna learn what my abilities are & how to master them to better help others vs I didn't know I could do that or huh so I know I have done this or that but didn't know it was a thing I could master to help others by knowing more on .. I'm learning more of who I am just not yet what a detailed list of my abilities are to utilize at their fullest potential.

Hi few years ago i saw white dots like shining glittering aura kinda thing .. But it wasnt like a like but .. It was very clearly avatar movie like , white very small and was covering kind of whole body .. I saw it with my naked eyes and was there long enuf for me to sort of get shocked and then try and see them clearly but it went away slowly .. But i know what i saw .. I was not under snd influence infact i was in kitchen cooking .. Can u plz help me understand what i experienced ..

I am white but I was just wondering if alcohol or any substance abuse can affect it for instance if I drink I become mean or have the tendency to be someone I'm not which is normal for a person if they drink but can alcohol affect your aura? I'm usually a nice person but if I drink alcohol I get in fights and say things I don't mean which the next day I would be in a deep depression full of worry and anxiety and I always apologize for the behavior

Whites are excellent at independent work like research and background study. They don't require much supervision and like to move at their own pace. They are able to excel as lawyers, police work, management and when they find their passion, they excel like Michael Jackson in music.
I love working alone, I'll take any advantage to do anything that requires working with me, myself and i.

If you are locked in yourself like I was (iit was like I was locked in a cage), there is only one way out. Now im not trying to push what I believe on you, so I hope you dont feel like that, but Christ literally set me free. I think I grew up as a white, and I was very unhealthy personality. But since I found Christ, I have discovered so much more about myself - I have developed strong Red & Blue traits, and I love that about myself!

My whole family is white (parents and sisters). I'm a blue and it's so hard to fight with whites! If I wanna discuss something they take it as a conflict and are always huffy and offended.. even if I do jokes in an ironic way.. What shall I do?? Help pls :)
oh man you are in for a LONG life. Whites are the most difficult to fight with because they won't. You will have to take a chill pill because they don't operate in the emotional world. Just be kind and accept they move at their own pace
