The colors are bright in the video but in game i beleive is Hair= Platinum Green maybe , for the outfit since i use the same exactly is Clear White (and gives that shiny white look).
for this build why use strong mentality if you dont use skills? Swap for Shot focus? with no skill power mods or cooldown are you getting much from your baptism?

@@Slowtreme your second skill, cuts it down from draining faster. You have your skill cost down so you can keep up your shield regeneration
reloading or not. its not worth making 15 EL
