How to Spatchcocked Chicken On The Weber Kettle

  • On this video i made Spatchcock Chicken in my new weber kettle. Super delicious and juicy, the weber was running at 325F for the whole cook. Took about 2 hours to get the chicken to 165 IT on the chicken breast.

    That bird looks phenomenal, I always save that back bone for stock but a treat sounds good too. Killer deal you got on that kettle, you’ll love it. I made myself a poortex and those do work well. Awesome job Ricky!

    Chicken turned out money! How do you like that knife? I feel like I have to sharpen my dalsstong in between cuts 🤷‍♂️

      I have the wet stones from dalstrong, i try to sharpen them every other week just to maintain them, i have like 10 of them but this one is my favorite one.

    How do you run your bottom vents on this cook?

      For this cook I believe I had them half way open was running hot 350+
