Remember that the passive stat ups given by items should not be underestimated. As you get to higher tier items they start giving you masive boons like +18% weapon damage. Heck, even some low tier items give respectable upgrades, like close range giving you a recharging bullet shield.
seen a few people saying they dislike how this video feels like you're just reading item descriptions, but not only is that in and of itself just an easier way to digest all these item descriptions, the added element of actually being able to SEE the effects in action is incredibly helpful. I never would've expected just how much lifesteal something like Vampiric Burst can grant until I saw you shoot up to Max HP in like 3 seconds.
I know this video has probably gone through a majority of its all time viewer count but i wanted to chime in that the 10 second light and quick explanation was precisely what i wanted regarding content. Just a very quick summary and visual of every item.
If you are having trouble the best piece of advice I can give is really focus on your farm and try to make sure you have the most souls. I've noticed a lot of people play this game like overwatch instead of playing like a moba. Not sure if this is your particular issue but it is most people's issue
@@Joshrouss good advice, ty. I'm actually a person coming from Overwatch and I've never played a Moba--I wasn't sure if I was supposed to kill minions or focus enemy heroes.

@@snipingwayespecially in the first 10 mins you should almost exclusively focus on farm and pressure. Only go for a kill if you're confident you're able to, like an enemy not backing to heal when low for example
I think this format is fine tbh. As a new player, I find myself pausing to note down and remember which ones I like the most and as someone else said, seeing the effects first hand in the video helps a lot.
Very helpful video, it's fast and difficult to digest, but much better than reading through them all. I'm new and trying to figure out a build for split pushing and this video made it much easier. Thank you so much !
I know im a week or 2 imma know the items inside out, just like in league you learn by exposure and gettinf a general overview like this video is helpful.
I believe whats messing the learning curve even more are the designs of the items appearance. Hope it gets changed for something more like Dota2 and League, with the portrait and stuff. I swear to god i did not knew what Bkb and the Ag. Staff did, but I knew they were good and bought them easily cause it was easy to find in the store (and/or search for the iconic names as well)
I honestly must say, that is a great video. Yes, you can read it yourself in game, but in „plain“ English, it sounds more clear for my brain. So, thanks friendly ottr
i dont like this format ... 10 seconds per item is okay ... but give some pro/cons or try to explain when to use it. rushing through everything is not the key
There’s going to be more than plenty of guides that will do that. I don’t want to be overloaded with info since I don’t play mobas but am interested in this. The bite-sized format is exactly what I need.
Video idea is good but you are kind of just a voice over for what I would excpect when i hover over the items ingame myself.. Title is a bit misleading cause it says "explained" but its really just a read out loud segment, maybe a few pros and cons to the skills would be nice
next video how each item stack next video which items work well together its so he can upload multi vids more clicks more likes these guys play games to pay rent dont forget
this is kind of a disservice because you aren't explaining lots of the great use cases for certain items. Like right off the bat, close quarters is a great buy into a matchup youre expecting to take burst bullet damage into like a shiv or a bebop, even a haze depending on how they are playing and if its a solo/duo lane. The bullet shield comes back every 60s, thats 85 hp/min you don't need to worry about sustaining.
It might not be for you. I didn't even know what kind of game it was got an invitation and already have like 35 hours in 4 days. If you like something you won't have to try hard to like it.

I guess we have different definitions of how long 10 seconds actually lasts. Your cooldowns are probably scary.

Noting all of these down to eventually go 0/30 in a game again!
